We gave Pizza Hut a try and we walk in and are seated then the waitress/ everything else person walks back to the back and is talking to the only other person making the pizza, a.k.a, low in help. I hear her talking as we are waiting 10 or more min waiting to get a menu and a drink and I hear her say, Your not overworked and loud enough for us to hear. They are visiting about working while we're waiting for a drink and menu. Then she finally comes out, at least apologetically says she was helping making a pizza. Maybe she was you don't do that when you have customers sitting and waiting for a menu and some refreshment. I worked in the hospitality business. You tend to the customer before going to the back. There was a couple who had already gotten their order and were eating and a family in the back who were already eating. We thought about walking out. We should have because what happened next is just unreal. They have jukebox there and one of the kids from the back went and played a song. Normally that's not a problem but this time this grunge like music came blaring out, not to be ignored. I was shocked because when I was a kid the music could be ignored if you didn't like the music. Not this. It was like booming. So we decide to get our order to go and I say, We'd like our order to go, the music was blaring! I didnt say it loudly. I gave her a pointed stare hoping to communicate my feelings. Her response was, I can't help what people play on it or what songs they choose. I'm thinking, Uh, yes you can! You can turn down the volume! I'm thinking ok maybe the pizza will be worth what we just went through but no. The pizza is barely subpar. Almost non existent sauce. Smh. This world has changed so much since I was a kid in 80s. My mom and dad would never have even sat there through the song with the volume like that. If you want to make a successful go of this business then you need to appeal to all people. I'd whip that place into shape. I'd fire after 3 strikes. I will never go there again, ever! This is the worst Pizza Hut I've EVER been to! The wait staff are rude and very inattentive. The whole restaurant is filthy. We ordered a med. supreme pizza which took forever to get to our table. The salad bar was attended to, the salad was brown and more than half of the rest was empty. Then I decided to use the ladies room and turned right back around. It was beyond disgusting, both toilets were full of bloody toilet paper and shit. The place was being run by a bunch of lazy kids. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID PIZZA HUT IN AURORA MISSOURI!!!! Very clean restaurant and very nice waitstaff. We had a supreme pizza, breadsticks, and a brownie and it was all timely, hot, and delicious. One of the best pizza huts we have been to. Highly recommend! read more

The employees here are great, especially Tiya the manager! We go here a lot and most of the time they get our order right but when they don't she lets us bring it back in to remake or credits our account to use for the next visit! read more

I ordered 2 pizza medium 1 topping each one cheese and pepperoni and they didn't get my also didn't get my pizza out after a hour then address Was wrong then I called back 3rd time and I was told I had to wait tell the driver was done with his other orders that PAID TO get my free pizza that the manger gave me after waiting 2 hours for it! Then again the address was wrong for the 2 time! Then I called back a 3rd time and was put on hold for 20mins !! HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE FUCKING DELIVERY!! This place is just rude!! They have an excellent salad bar and buffet. The waitresses are friendly and helpful to make suggestions. The hotwings they have are absolutely delicious and they have televisions on the walls to keep up with the important stories or games of the day. read more
