Yet another horrible experience at this McDonald's. The drive-thru is consistently slow, disorganized, and completely inconsistent. This time they handed me a drink that was spilling everywhere and couldn't even take the decency to wipe it off before giving it to me. Customer service and quality have gone downhill badly at this location. At this point, this establishment honestly needs to close temporarily until they can get competent employees and management in place because the experience keeps getting worse every visit. read more

This McDonalds stays busy! But even with long lines and large orders the Customer Service remains professional, friendly and polite! This team needs a raise! I ordered on the app and went in there not even 5 minutes later I ordered a 20 piece nugget a large fry and a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal. I went in there and it said on their little screen that they were preparing my order so I sat down and waited. 20 minutes later I still didn't have my food so I went up to the counter and I spoke to an employee and told her what I was waiting on. She then proceeded to be snarky and say I called your name already when I was in there the whole time paying attention and my name was not called. Also when I walked in the floors are disgusting and sticky my feet almost got stuck to the floor. The employees just stay in the back and chit chat and do not give people their orders when they are supposed to. Very disappointing. read more

I have finally learned to just sit at the window and inventory my order to find what's wrong and missing. I like a biscuit with double bacon for breakfast. It rarely ever comes out the window correct. It also costs considerably more here than any other McDonalds in the entire area. read more

The McDonald's in Aurora Missouri is the best one around! My girlfriend and I went thru the drive thru and she asked if they would sing happy birthday to me. They all came to the window and sang! They made my day!@! Thank you guys so much!! You're the best ever!!! read more

Ordered the new chicken sandwich. Cost 4.19 the chicken was rubbery had two pickles and nothing else. My wife drive straight back thru the drive thru and asked for our money back and the employee told her that's what you ordered that's what you get. If you're looking for a bite without worrying about quality this may be place is perfect. But for the majority of people looking to get something quick but decent I would not recommend the Aurora McDonald's. I had gotten the wrong order a multiple number of times and when I come back to complain the workers seem devastated and angry that my order was not correct as if I am the one who made it. WORST SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. We paid 26$ for 4 breakfast meals and the were told we could not have the hash browns because we did not pay for them. THEN just threw the four hash browns in the trash bc we refused to pay for them. Worst management ever. Wow. read more

They let me order one meal then they said I had to go to the second window to make a second order. They gave me part of my order they didn't give me a sandwich I ordered and I had to fight to get my large drinks that the night manager they don't come with the meal.!! read more

First of all most people would say McDonald's is McDonald's and to be honest, I agree. However, this one is particularly bad. The quality of service and the quality of attitude is just poor poor. First of all you BETTER check your bag with your food EVERY time cuz it isn't going to be right. You are GOING to have to pull forward and wait and don't bother ordering ANTHING special. If you want to get what you ordered, do not use the drive-thru at this location. 4 of my last 5 orders were messed up -- either stuff I didn't order (like cheese on a burger where the grill tag stated -- correctly -- no cheese) or missing food (like the pancakes and hashbrowns on two "big breakfasts"). good thing I had the receipts! Have spoken with management several times, they always apologize and fix it, but then it happens again. Training here seems to be really poor. Oh -- and this has been the case for the 8 years I've lived here. Why not use another? Because if I'm tired or in a hurry, I don't want to go 15+ miles out of my way. read more

The night shift is the worst. The last time I was there I went to drive thur the girl was rude at the 2nd window after she was rude repeatedly I snapped and ask if she could say please she then calls for management. I start telling him what was going on then she starts yelling and he sent her home on the way out she called me a bitch and my kids was in the car of course.
