If I could I'd give them 0 stars. slow as all ever and when we finally got our food it was missing items.

Delivery: ordered pizza, wings, breadsticks and a Pizza melt. The food arrived and it was very fresh and hot. They did forget an item but we called and the doubled the order for our trouble which was a nice apology. I have always liked this Pizza hut they are busy for a reason. The affordable items and wide variety from pasta to desserts are a must in this economy. Well worth it and much more affordable for a family of 4. read more

Every time I go to this Pizza Hut the food is always done right and the staff is very nice.

Never got the pizza I ordered and paid for including an extra tip. I went to bed hungry. I will never attempt to order their pizza again. It was an order placed through door dash. I tried to reach the Pizza Hut facility to let them know I ordered a pizza, and it's suppose to be picked up by Door Dash, but they wouldn't even answer the phone, and of course there was no messaging capability. I reached out to the manager a couple of days later because I wanted to see if I could recoup what they charged on my visa, but the manager wouldn't have anything to do to support my loss, and merely indicated I had to work with Door Dash. I believe if a company depends on using a service to support, promote/deliver their product they should take some responsibility. Never again going to even try to order from Pizza Hut. In Augusta this is not my first choice but it happened to be my choice last night when I was looking for food after everything else was closed. The pizza was super delicious and perfectly cooked. Delivery was fast and friendly. I literally have no complaints. It met all of my expectations. Also if you're curious about the cheez it pizza thing it's basically like a cheez it hot pocket. It's pretty good but it's nothing special. You should get it just so you can try it for yourself but you'll see what I mean. The brownies on the other hand are friggin delicious and you should definitely get those as well. Good luck and happy eating. Especially if you're eating after dark. (10pm) read more

I wouldn't even call this a Pizza Hut. They don't have a salad bar. They only have a few fountain drinks like a subway. They only have plastic silverware. They are understaffed. It's not like a restaurant anymore it's more like a fast food place. The pizza wasn't that great. We ordered breadsticks and a pizza and they did not give us plates to put them on so we had to use the paper towels on the table. Ordered twice from here now. I guess I'm still chasing that late 80's/early 90's golden crust pizza. With this last order I'm finally throwing in the towel. It's just bad tasting. Ordered delivery and it was here so fast.. typically you'd think that'd be a good thing ... but how did they freshly make my pizza in 25 mins and delivered? Bc it's not fresh. Everything PH serves now is frozen, you can taste it. I ordered a large deep dish light on the sauce, it was slathered in sauce, just wasn't good. Hamburg tasted like frozen meatball meat, just nasty. Ate only 1 slice after it was delivered, I just warmed up 2 more (following day) .. had 2 bites. I think dominos has somehow passed PH as far as quality, and that hurts lol. I know Cushnoc is local, but I don't always feel like their fancy pizza - a nice deep dish pie is what I was craving. Pizza Hut delivered! This location had great customer service. We ordered take out Personal Cheese and BBQ pizzas. These were truly not the gross pizzas we remembered of our child hood. These pizzas were DELICIOUS! We also ordered the Chicken Alfredo with breadsticks. Again, best one I have had in a while. I will stop here again on my next trip to Maine! read more

We used to order from them pretty steadily, but what they have now for staff, I recommend going anywhere else. Not only did it take an hour and a half for our food to be delivered to us last night, but they forgot half our order. The driver said he'd let them know at the Augusta store, to take off the portion we didn't receive, from my bill, but when I tried to call and follow-up, I never got a person. Just the same automated Pizza Hut answering service over and over again. Also, I am still seeing a full charge on my card. Incompetence runs rampant at that Augusta, Western Ave location, which is unfortunate. If I were the owner, I would consider training the staff better, have some accountability, unless his plan for his store is to close in 2022. If so, then keep up the shit show! read more

What a terrible Pizza hut! We were their at 5:00 p.m. and we were the only ones! The interior is old and worn out. Only had one salad bar open while the other was out of commission. The salad fixings were few and no where near fresh. Large pizza was okay at best. Now I know why there aren't any cars parked outside when driving by. Gross and worn out location. read more

HORRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE!! placed an order at 2:26, the order was suppose to arrive by 3:05. 3:45 came and went by, still no food. We placed an online order, waited 45 minutes past when it was supposed to be delivered before calling (understanding times are hard right now) call and speak with first person to answer phone after holding for 7 minutes explained what was going on and she said yeah.... we are shirt handed... okay well don't you think a phone call would have been kind. She said, well what do you want me to do... I was like idk, I'd like my food. She goes well he left here about 35 minutes ago and he has other stops. Okay so the quality of my food suffers. So I asked to speak to a manager and she informed me she was the manager and became incredibly rude. Long story long I waited way to long am way to hungry and am.now going to tride and true domino's because pizza hut has left a bad taste in mouth for the 3rd time here in Augusta! Family outing today, we decided to go to this Pizza Hut for lunch. We were greeted by a mediocre hostess. Spoke to us however didn't look at us once. Hostesses are the first impression, immediately we did not have high hopes but kept an open mind. Our waitress was fantastic, very courteous and accommodating. The food was alright. The establishment itself was terrible. Hanging lamps above the tables that were absolutely covered in dust. Those lamps hang over customer's food. Our table was sticky as soon as we sat down, same with our booth seats as well as the floor. There was trash/litter outside of the building on the floor and cigarette butts. All-in-all, very little aesthetic care goes into that location. 1 star (for our waitress), will not be going back. read more

I have ordered from this location about five times in my three months in Augusta and now that I am moving I have done it for the last time. They consistently do not have items on their menu stocked. I do get a phone call and a refund after ordering something for which they cannot provide. I have received a burnt pizza, a cold pizza, and items missing from my order for which I have been charged and not refunded. I am a big time pizza hut fan but not of this location. read more

This is the Worst Pizza Hut I have ever eaten at. I expect more from a Pizza Hut. The place was really dirty. Paint coming off walls Bugs flying around everywhere. Floor very dirty. This location has been open for longer than 20 years. Best pizza is the thin crust - less crust and more toppings! Have never gotten a bad meal here. The buffet at lunch is a great deal - could be kept full and the salad bar freshly tossed a little more but overall a good lunch. Have never had a delivery from here as we live outside the area but have gotten pizza to go and picked it up. Always a good idea to heat it a little more when you get home as it will cool off as that is the nature of hot food. Patrons tend to treat the wait staff like crap even though they are doing a great job. Saw a few tables that didn't tip the wait staff even though the staff was attentive and kind. That is just crappy. Always tip your wait staff and let them know how they did! read more

I have been going to pizza huts all my life. Also now as I'm a mother and my children love it too. But this pizza hut in particular was filthy. I refused to let me or my children to use the restroom, garbage all over the floor and extremely grimy. The service was terrible, we didn't get asked one time while there how it was or if we needed anything. A great disappointment and needless to say I will not be taking my family there again. read more
