I didn't make it over to the Vu for a couple of years after I moved here but I knew one of the bartenders, Connor, from when I first got into town! I believe it was after I had hiked up to the Lady of the Rockies, with a dream and very few provisions. It ended up taking us 9 hours and we got back to town after dark. We were starving and went to, what was Mac's at the time, and smashed a delicious burger on that big beautiful copper bar of theirs. Connor was our bartender and he's been a friend ever since.
