I had the most wonderful server here. I don't usually eat "in" but I needed to complete my interview with my potential rentee. The food was ok but the toppings were sparse. There were several slices that had no cheese or pepperoni. When we went to pay, we were charged twice. $35.50 for the original ticket then 40.50 after the tip. Making a meal of 2 medium pizzas, pasta, bread sticks and drinks a $76.00 meal. I was told it would be corrected when the receipts were consolidated. That didn't happen. So I called and was told that they aren't responsible for the credit card machine and I need to take it up with my bank. Ridiculous! When I called in a take out order, I specifically asked first if this Pizza Hut had Creamy Italian dressing. I was told yes. Did they have the supreme sandwiches? Yes. So I ordered 2 sandwiches and extra Creamy Italian Dressing. When I arrived, it was ready but I was told they had to use a new supplier for the dressing. It would be a little different. Ya Think??!!! It was ranch! Dude! Just tell me you don't have the dressing. Other Huts are having trouble getting it too. But don't lie! Very disappointed! I won't be back. read more

I have always loved pizza hut pizza but the last couple of times I ordered pizza I was very disappointed. I ordered a large three topping for 11.99. The crust was so thin that it had big holes in it and no cheese and very few toppings . Probably won't go back again after it happening twice. Guess I'll try little Cesar's next time. read more

I wrote a review a while back about how bad Pizza Hut Pizza was. Well, it hasn't improved but the don't care. They're going off the Pizza Hut name no matter how bad the Pizza is. I will say this, their crust on the deep pan pizza is better than most, but the workers must eat most of the cheese and toppings off the pizza before I get it because there aren't any. And the idea that I have to pay extra for cheese and pepper toppings adds to the disgust. I would stay completely away from Pizza Hut and may their food will get better,,,,,,,I hope. read more

I hate to write this because Pizza Hut is one of my favorite pizza chains but this Pizza Hut has issues with getting orders done on time! I have went here twice in 2 weeks, ordering online and both times we came to pick up our order at the time emailed and my husband had to wait inside for 10-15 mins both times after pickup time! The chicken wings were good but our p zone was all bread , like five pieces of pepperoni and I think it might have had cheese ?! If it did I couldn't tell! The pizza last week was good and brownies also but the same problem with waiting beyond pickup time! read more

Pizza Hut is one of the best places around the area for good pizza. Servers are very good & nice.

Pizza Hut has just gone to the dogs, and I don't want to give dogs a bad reputation. It's just this one, I tried the ones in OKC too. They're all terrible. I don't know why they serve an inferior product. They know how to make good pizza because it used to be good. Now it's worse than pitiful save your money. read more

No lunch Buffett, clueless waitress and Horribly long wait. Had to get menus ourself. Waitress took drink order then came back to get it again (she had lost it)...been here 30 mins already, no salads and nothing brought to table. Not that busy and everyone is waiting for their food. Just don't do it. Finally got part of our food. Order wrong, missing items, and brought salads out after we had eaten pizza. No apology nothing. Asked for final persons food (that never came out) to go to eat in car. Says they will discount lunch (after being here for over an hour)...really shouldn't pay anything. If you could give a Zero I would. ***On the plus size as we stood at the checkout waiting for our personal pan pizza to go ---remember we were there an hour and 10 mins and still not got everyone's order---the manager handed us a certificate for a free large pizza and bread sticks good at this location in Ada Ok. We said thanks but no thanks we were from out of town (Norman) and would never come back. Truth. She then said she was comping out meal. Nice effort but we really needed better service and at the very least an apology from our waitress. We got NEITHER!!! read more

We walked into the restaurant only to be hit between the eyes with a strong foul odor. I'm not sure where the odor came from but I did not go looking for its origination. We then notice a good size pool of presumably water on the floor in front of the buffet stand. Aside from being a slip hazard, that mess and the foul odor did us in. We did an about face and quickly left the place. It's been my experience anything that nasty usually don't produce quality food. They need to clean up the place. read more

Food is great. Service is slow if you're picking up. Still better than Dominos, even if they don't manage to have things ready on time.

Nope! Cannot recommend Pizza Hut delivery. They've always made mistakes with our orders, they're VERY slow to deliver, and management behaves like cranky teens (which they may be). Terrible service. Very disappointing. read more
