The food was good and the service was good but the line took a bit of time but overall great experience

This was just about the only place a big group of student performers could fit for a late dinner after a one act competition at ECU on a Thursday night, but we are so glad it was! We showed up with about 30 mins before dining room closed, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure tables were clean and our kids were fed. The waffle fries and chicken all came out so hot and fresh! And staff were very helpful and friendly even after having to take over 25 orders. We ended up leaving about 20 minutes after close, and they were so kind and never told us to leave or anything. So I've decided to rewrite this review I've been back several times since this issue and the service has gotten back to normal and they are doing a lot better more like a normal chick fil a service, there is a man that works the drive through and he I see him every so often but what amazed me was the fact he remembered my name which I thought was amazing great service, what a great employee to go that extra mile. read more

Chick-fil-A has a variety of items to choose from. Their food is consistent with taste and portion size. Staff is generally always friendly. Lots of parking at this location. Managers and owner are always friendly. Restaurant stays clean inside and out. Only down side is prices are a bit high. read more

Prices way too high, amount of food is very skimpy. Good service though and food is good, just not enough of it. If you want chicken sandwiches you can't just order 1, you need at least 3 of them to fill you up, which comes to a very high lunch price. read more

First time to this location and was soo impressed! I decided to use the drive through as it was hot that day. The staff was so nice and efficient. I was shocked that I ordered and got my food hot and fresh within 3 minutes! I had time to pull around and eat in the parking lot the rest of my lunch break with the extra time. The food is great, however, this Chic Fill a is severly lacking in the service department. They get the order wrong about 75% of the time and have sometimes outright claimed an item was not on the list, but then checked to see, and sure enough, it was. They then tell you to either pull up at the red sign or have you drive out to the front (to the single parking spot they have for pickup) to wait for about 15 to 20 minutes for your order (this is all after you've paid). Normally, this would not be a problem, but this has happened on multiple occasions for small orders; not to mention the fact that there have been quite a few instances were they'd forgotten an item that had been charged on the ticket. Just about every time I go there they always manage to forget something. It goes beyond the long waits and forgotten orders, though. The cherry on top? Some employees have major attitude problems. On one occasion, I'd ordered a small frosted coffee and they handed me a vanilla milkshake. I politely informed the young man at the window that I had ordered a small frosted coffee, not a vanilla shake, and he just rolled his eyes and gave an annoyed "Sorry", before correcting the mistake and then told me to pull around and wait in front. I can kinda understand the waiting (or I've just gotten used to it by this point) but that rude attitude is unnecessary and goes against Chic fill a's standards. I've been to quite a few in Oklahoma City, and I've never encountered such poor service as this one. Gift cards don't cut it when the order is messed up a majority of the time or when the employees are behaving unproffessionally; this Chic fill a needs to step it up, it's giving the Chic fill a company a bad name. read more

the service was horrible. it took forever to get to the window. When I finally did, the heavy mexican lady about threw my food at me... never made eye contact and didn't even thank me. She was too busy on her next call. I have never had such poor service!! will not be going back! read more

Super friendly staff! Even though the lines can be long, the staff is able to get everyone's order very quickly. I'm personally a fan of the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich and my kid loves the fruit cup available in the kids meal. They do have a play place inside that is great for smaller children including toddlers! read more

I love chic fil a and their franchise every where I go they have great customer service and clean facilities. However, that is not the case at this location. It was approximately 930am and i went to use the bathroom, before I ordered my morning breakfast and the bathroom in it self immediately reminded me of a 24hr Truck stop. It looked as it hadn't been clean in days! There was dried up urine on the toilet, dirty floors, and flour all over the bathroom stall. I am a huge Chick-fil-A fan! I wanted to give them a fair review and I can honestly say they didn't let me down. My family and I were impressed with how well they handled the busy opening and atmosphere. The dining area remained clean! Went to this location on a Thursday about 1:30. Slowest chick-fil-a drive thru I have ever been to. Needs a lot of improvement.

Best chicken, best service, amazing owners and managers!!! I've been to several Chick-fil-A stores and this has been my favorite.

The only reason I gave it 3 stars is I have been here before and generally they do a great job. Tonight they got my order wrong...so I paid for what they left off ...then made me pull up and wait 15 mins then asked me to pull around front for another and they don't really have. Room for all that. Then still didn't get my order right. And my straw was completely broke in half. Changed it to 2 after the straw. read more

I worked here and this place is terrible. Staff is lazy and some managers pick favorites and pick on those they don't like. Some managers breaking policy because it's "their shift" (Not the cleanest chick fil a.) This place is straight just another fast food chain. Get good. read more

If a store is open until 10:00 pm, I expect to be able to order from the posted menu. Shutting shake machines down prior to closing doesn't really mean you're open. It means a customer can buy what we have available, but we stopped actually serving customers. 9:40 is not 10:00. read more

This Chick-fil-A was exquisite. I went during a lunch rush hour. All registers were open and the wait wasn't too long. The cashiers were friendly and our meal was served promptly, as soon as we sat down. Occaisionally, there was a man who came up and asked if we needed drinks. The overall cleanliness was pretty good. No trash on the ground, dirty tables or sauce packets on the tables. I would stop by again! The customer service was on point today! read more
