You sit there waiting to place an order for 10 minutes for them to bring you someone else's order when you tell the this is the wrong order and what you have, they ask to see your receipt and tell you those items are not on your receipt. Stalls are consistently closed / not working. Staff is friendly but it's hard to overlook how slow the service can be. You know I love Sonic but every time we go to the one in Ada they take forever. Tonight was no different, in fact I sat there for over ten minutes and no one ever took my order. I moved to a different stall for another five minutes and same thing. I had no choice to leave cause clearly they couldn't be bothered. A worker had plenty of time to stop and talk to her friends for a couple of minutes I saw but couldn't take my order. Not sure if I will ever be back to this Sonic. read more

Waited almost ten minutes while "button" blinked. Customer next to me honked his horn, but was ignored. We both blinked our headlights. Ignored again. Yes, we were in stalls not ten feet from the "order taker" window. We watched as she and a carhop talked, laughed, danced, and flipped their ponytails. I asked a carhop if the speakers worked and she said "sometimes". I could see four blinking just from where I was. I hope management has cameras and can watch the customers leaving to dine elsewhere. I've been to a lot of Sonics and always tip the workers well. Think this one has sunk to a new low. read more

This place is literally terrible. The worst Sonic I've ever been to, and that's saying a lot. I had time to go work a full 8 hour shift while waiting on my food, and they didn't even bring out the sauces or the HE MAN TOYS!!!! The chicken was so dry that I NEEDED some sauce, so I called in again for the sauce, & 30 minutes later they brought out half the types of sauces I had asked for. Never got my sauce, but managed to choke down the chicken. I wish I could give negative stars read more

I go to this particular Sonic during happy hour (You can't screw up a cup of pop but I'm guessing if it could be done this place could do it) or when my girlfriend wants to go there. The only reason I am giving it two stars is because I can get the pop without too much trouble. We decided to take advantage of their Ground hog day 1/2 price footlong special. When we finally got the guy on the speaker to understand our order (come on its two hot dogs a tater tot and two drinks it isn't complicated.) I got my New York dog without a fork which made it totally hard to eat. I now have a stained shirt to prove it. There was so much brown mustard on the dog you could not see the VERY small amount of sauerkraut that was on it. I have had several issues with this Sonic which I won't list here all I can say is thank God we are moving to Texas and I will never have to visit here again! read more

If I could give negative starts I would. I have had nothing but issue after issue with this sonic. My biggest issue I can tell you is the service. The employees are rude, not helpful and have very poor attitudes. This will be the last time I'm coming to the sonic in Ada. I just moved from Norman ok and can say they have never messed up my orders like the one in Ada. Truly makes me mad and makes me sad. read more

OLD FOOD RUDE STAFF!! Disgusting!!!! While trying to place my order the girl on the other end started talking over me and totaling my order before I could finish, then acted irritated when I had more to order. ( Ithought she was rude but figured they were busy or something. I blew it off no big deal) The credit card machine at the menu I was at was not working. (again no big deal) but when I handed my card to the service girl she rolled her eyes and said uggghhh. then turned around and said hold on.(....ok kinda BS but whatever) when she came back she said "here...." with her eyes rolling again. and spouted off what I had ordered very quickly while handing me my order and walked away. (.....wow is what I had thought and left. again no big deal. I mean she does work at sonic I have to cut some slack) I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt about the poor service, and was very polite throughout the entire ordeal. Then I returned to work opened our order and everything looked and tasted like it had been cooked two hours before. Almost $20.00 wasted on inedible bullpoop. Whomever is Managing the place needs to reevaluate what they are doing. The owner or district manager needs to get involved that place looks decent on the surface but its nasty at heart! read more

This Sonic is incredibly slow!! It takes 7-10 minutes to get someone to answer the intercom. Then you have to wait another 10 minutes for your food. It's getting worse as time goes. read more

Come on, it's Sonic, I don't have to tell you how the food is, the food is basically the same at every other Sonic, pretty darn good. This location looks to be cleaner than most and the staff has been great this past few times we've been. There always seems to be an order flub up, but with any fast food place, I think that's normal. Just check your order before you drive away. They've always made it right for us and always do it with smiles on their faces. read more

Drinks are great, but food and service are both usually subpar.

Have to brag on this sonic. I've only been twice but each time, my order has been correct and the food was hot and fresh. What more can you ask for from a fast food restaurant?! Oh, and the staff was super friendly both times. Can't say as much for the sonics at home. read more

I worked at sonic in Louisiana for 3 years. This sonic misses the mark on all of the customer service expectations. Not to mention they can't ring up a small popcorn chicken? Im not too sure why it's an option on the menu if it isn't allowed to be rung up thru the station. read more

Sonics vary on towns. I have always had a good experience here. The carhops have always been cheerful with me. They even made me a item that had been taken off the menu one time because they had all the ingredients for it. This is definitely one if the better sonics in this food chain. read more

Drove 12 miles to order take out for my family, got home another 12miles to find they forgot a lot of our order, left out not in bags.
