Then I ask to take the ham off my sandwich and she tells me in a rude way "there is no ham on this sandwich". I get the same sandwich every time and there's ham every time. I have even asked for no ham before and been granted that wish. Hopefully she'll be kinder next time and study on heavenly buns sandwiches

We…read morebrought our lunch with us on our trip and planned to eat it outside in the car and just use the restroom but when we got inside we were delighted to see their food selection. They have a wide variety (although nothing is healthy) of mostly fried food. The prices were very reasonable and the food was good for being gas station food. It would have been nice if they had a changing station for the babies. The ambiance and feel of the place was very fun. I would highly recommend.

Walked in and there were about 2 people other than my table in there it was extremely slow for dinner... red flag. Also didnt look very clean it was pretty dingy. Waitress came by and asked if we needed a minute I said yes and ordered a water with lemon. Looked over the menu and decided on the 3 meat lineman. Got sausage, 2 ribs, and brisket. For 21ish bucks. The Waitress took the order and a few minutes later it came out. Also forgot to add my 2 sides were French fries and hush puppies. Looked at the plate wasnt any thing special by far. Brisket was ok nothing to brag about. The sausage tasted like store bought sausage and the cheap brand eckrich sausage there was absolutely no snap to the sausage. The pork ribs were actually pretty decent. Hush puppies were good and the French fries were horrible. The French fries I have to give it to them they tried they were fresh cut fries but the seasoning and the greasy Ness killed it for me the fries were not crispy at all they needed to keep them in the fryer for a bit longer. All in all for the price it was ok would I go out of my way to come back NO. but in a pinch next to the hotel id probably come back if I was starving. Didn't finish the food and took a ribs home to me the ribs tasted better cold later on that night Oh and almost forgot! got up to take a call and slipped and almost busted my ass on some kind of food that was left on the floor. SMH. Waitress apologized and cleaned up but not very well cause all i did was smear and my boot slid when i walked back in. HOWEVER, there is hope. And it comes in the form of this absolute godsend of a coffee shop named Goodway Coffee. And it wasn't just the coffee that was great, the food is also exceptional. Better than any "high-end" restaurant in this wilderness. Thank you Jesus! That's all I can say. Thank you!

Meh. Second visit…read morewas just OK. Coffee was fine (Americano with Mocha and a splash of oat milk), but the coffee cake was at least DAY-OLD. Bummer...as there's nothing better than cinnamon coffee cake with a mocha americano...until today. I got through half of it (with the help of a sip of coffee with each bite to soften it up a bit) until I realized I didn't even want it anymore. Again, bummer. The place was FREEZING (admittedly, my visit was during an EXTREME cold spell, but there's GOT to be a heater in here somewhere...this cavernous space was merely a wind-shield rather a cozy space to hunker into for a treat. Shame. I will give points to the friendly burly guy behind the counter who was a great representative and very helpful. The other points are given to the fact that the music was simple background instrumentals, rather than Christian rock...I was able to keep the headphones off while I worked. But just for a bit because now I have to get back in the car to warm up my feet. I still like the space and the coffee, but *bundle up* if you're coming and watch for the day-old treats being sold as fresh.
