Another disappointment! This restaurant has the worse Coke flavoring for the Coke and staff cannot follow directions! I asked for 2 mcdouble with no salt and no pickles. If u look at the picture, 5 pickles on one of the burgers. Sometimes I drive to Sulphur or Paul's Valley for food because the Coke flavoring is correct and the food is hot! Probably owned by the same people but all areas should be alike. This one gets a fail. 2 stars because everyone had gloves on. read more

Terrible service. Lack in customer service and I waited over 30 minutes for a coffee. The employee when she finally brought it to me has told me she was having a problem with the machine. If this was an issue then it should of been brought to my attention way before 30nminutes had gone by and i would of gladly just change it to a different drink. They've really upped their service quality the last few months. Especially the drive through. #3 no onions for life! They're also good about fixing mistakes. And the one time I did have a rude cashier I wasn't even going to say anything, but the manager saw and immediately and professionally got onto her and gave me some of those pie things for free. read more

Just your regular fast food place but with horrible service. I don't like this chain of fast food restaurants to start with but this one has slow service, rude management, and on the rare occasion my boyfriend and I go here we have to take our order back at least twice to get the food we actually ordered and have to request the cashier to count the change back to us properly due to getting shortened multiple times. Its a shame it's the only place open between 4am-8 am. read more

What do you expect? It's the biggest fast food chain there is. This particular McDonald's is okay. Most of the staff are very friendly, but there is one employee I can think of that they should fire. I wouldn't suggest coming through late at night with a debit or credit card because their card-reader machines must go down a lot or something. They are normally pretty fast and efficient though, I will give them that. I haven't had a messed up order in a long time. All in all, decent restaurant. read more

I stopped at the Ada McDonald's this morning and ordered a medium carmel cappuccino. What they gabe me wasn't even a small. There wasn't even an inch of cappuccino in the cup. A year ago I went to this Mcdonald's and had a horrible experience. The girl who handed me our drinks made a really weird face at me and gave me an evil grin as she handed me the drinks. I decided to look in the cups because of her behavior and found hundreds of small hairs in each drink, like clippings. I returned and showed the hair to management and she laughed!. I reported the incident to the owner. On my next visit the girl was still working there and took an incredibly long time to get me a drink, she even went to the back with it. So I returned it inside. I couldn't believe she was still working there.After a year I thought by now she would be gone so I just took my son there and she waited on us at drive through, she handed me a sundae, again acting odd, she didn't put the lid on and over filled it, as she handed it to me she said,"oh so sorry bout that". So I assume it was deliberate? I feel sick after eating a few bites, wondering if she did something to this too. I think it is pretty sick to keep employees on who make your guests so uncomfortable and possibly maliciously tamper with their food. read more
