I ordered online with the app for delivery. I had gotten a text that said it had delivered my order, but no one had come to the door. I called that 800 number that was listed. The customer service rep put me on hold to check. She said that they left my order at the door. I told my nephew to look outside...nothing! I told her there was no order on the porch. She said he delivered it to the wrong address. Who just leaves an order on the porch without knocking to make sure it's the correct address? She gave me my full refund including the delivery charge and the tip. I will NEVER order from Lil Ceasars again for delivery. I had none delivery online orders from Door Dash twice in Okc. Dosen't matter what time of day you go in, they have no pizzas hot & ready! Ridiculous!!!

Be sure to check your pricing and your change when you order here! 3rd time this location has either tried to charge me the wrong price (price different than what's on the menu) or tried to give me the wrong amount of change (shorted by two dollars). The pizza quality is good but the flies inside the store are an issue that need attention. It would seem that simple math skills are not a job requirement for working at this location. Today's visit I ordered a "Hula Hawaiian" and the guy tried to charge me $8.25 rather than $8.00. When I called him on it he couldn't figure out the amount he had over charged me? He actually had to use the register to figure out the .25 cents plus tax was a .27 cent over charge? Not the customer service I am accustomed to getting at other Little Ceasars locations I frequent. Last time I was here there was a customer who called in an order and had been waiting for more than 30 minutes. When her order was finally brought out, it was wrong, not what she had ordered. The acting manager had zero resolution skills and was actually quite rude to that customer. In the pictures I've posted you can see the discrepancy in my receipt vs actual menu pricing. I like their pizza but if they can't start getting things right once in a while I'll just start going to the other pizza place right down the street. read more

The pizza is good, the front of house / phone staff is a joke. They laugh when the phone rings and don't pick it up. When you try to make one change to an item, like add pepperoni to something you basically hit the reset button on the guy taking the order. They don't care about their jobs and no one holds them accountable. What little you can see of the kitchen is very dirty. The last time we were in there someone called and said they completely got their order wrong, after arguing with the lady on the phone and hanging up, they remarked "she better bring the pizza back or she's not getting $H|#!" . Now you know when you go to Little Caesars for a pizza you're not going to get a cooked in a brick oven true Italian pizza (which is absolutely fantastic by the way) but a pretty good pizza for the price. (which is why my family and I keep going!) As soon as we walked in we got a loud Welcome to Little Caesars! a little shocking but welcomed anyway. Our service was fast and very friendly. I shouldn't have to wait 15 minutes for a Hot N Ready pizza. They should keep enough pizzas made. They're always busy. They know they're going to need them. They shouldn't run out of pepperoni. Which is what I ordered. read more
