Be patient when ordering for the owner has a accent I don't hear often, but got my meat lovers and veggie pizza right . I've come here my entire life. Pizza was always been greasy deliciousness (only greasy because I almost always get pepperoni. And that's how pepperoni works. I've worked at a pizza chain before) I usually keep it simple with a 2-topping. They've always had a weekly pizza-salad special. I remember loving the salads. They used to have a lot of ingredients in it. But now it's chopped up iceberg lettuce and (this isn't even an exaggeration) 1 crouton, maybe 2 dices of tomato. Pizza is 5-stars! The salad sucks. This place probably makes one of the best pizza I have tasted in Orange County. I'm not a pizza snob, but I am picky about my pizza The sauce is sweeter and less tangy like other joins. Always awesome and the folks there treat me right. I've had lunch there for a while now and always order the same thing. Pepperoni and sausage. It is hands down the best. Better than the cardboard pizza from dominos, pizza but and round table (although round table is good too.) A little over 7 bucks if you order the special with a soda in a can. A gem hidden in the cornier. This place has been around for over 30 years and I think I have been eating their pizza for that long. There is just something about the dough and the sauce that make this pizza amazing. As others have said it is a bit on the pricey side but the special they we usually get is 2 med 2 topping pizzas and a salad for around 20 bucks. My inlaws request that I bring them a pizza everytime I go see them. I would highly recommend them to anyone. read more

After all the glowing Yelp reviews I was all set for this. I ordered a medium pizza half meatballs. It was early afternoon and quiet. My faith in Yelpers has been shaken. I've had better from Pizza Hut. After a slice of each, my dogs got the rest. They gave it 3 stars, but what do they know? The dough was soft, small hole and bread like. The sauce was a bit tart but basically tasteless. The cheese had no taste at all. You can do much better, Cortina Market blows this place away. read more

Terrible!! This place has Really good pizza but I tried to order a pizza for delivery this time and she said they closed at 8 when online it say closes at 8:30 and another site said 9pm. She said well we closed at 8 tonight. You can't just randomly change your hours. Who closes their restaurant early on a Friday night??! What a surprise! A friend told me about Pizza Grande and I was certainly skeptical when I drove up. It's buried in the back corner of a mini mall and the owners are Asian, not Italian. We've been going to this favorite pizzeria for over 20 years because of the quality and flavor. The crust is hand tossed and awesome. The last 2 times that we got pizza from here it has changed. The owner has changed a couple of times in 22 years but the quality and recipe remained constant. The same owner for the last few years is still there but he has changed the format. The sausage is a cheaper type, less mushrooms and cheese, and the crust is thinner and not as good. I'm sad to say we will be looking for a new pizzeria. read more

I read the other reviews before going over to order 6 pizzas for a company function and wow was I impressed. Everything from the crust, to the cheesy topping were awesome. The jalaepenos, peperonis, bell peppers were all very tasty. The pizza had the proper amount of sauce under the cheese which made this mouth watering. Other comments were that this pizza was great but a little expensive. 6 large pizzas, three salads were around $90 which seems reasonable. I will recommend to all I know. I just had a great Labor Day weekend experience here and I felt compelled to share! - I placed my order over the phone, and it was ready in 25 minutes no problem. When I picked it up there was just one person working, an asian woman, which was a pleasant surprise considering the name of the place. - The pizza itself is delectable and a step beyond the local fast food chains. Before scarfing down 4 large slices I was able to analyze the ingredients. I believe that everything is made in-house from scratch, including the tomato sauce, which when I looked below the grated melted cheese still had the seeds in it. - I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza and was expecting to have something doused in sauce, but what I got was a clean meal made with care. Pizza was excellent: we order the grande with sausage and the ham, pineapple and bacon bits. The wings were good but could use a bit more spice, coming from a gal with major heartburn issues. The salad, fortunately free, is a waste if I had paid for it...just lettuce, about 4 croutons and the equivalent of one shredded baby carrot. I've had it with pizza Grande. While the pizza is good it's overpriced, and I've had better pizza. Their customer service is non existent. I ordered a medium Grande special with extra sausage and they charged me for the extra sausage but didn't give me extra sausage. I have ordered this many times over the years. I opened the box to make sure the order was correct and right away I could tell it wasnt right. When I mentioned the problem the lady working the register refused to even look, she just shook her head while staring at the ceiling. The pizza is not bad, but it's overpriced for the cheap ingredients that are used. The cheese is oil based, so it does not achieve it's chewiness when the pizza cools. The pepperoni is paper thin so you can't really taste the spicy kick. The "free" antipasto salad that they offer is only shredded lettuce, 4 croutons, and 4 pepperonis -and I really do mean 4 pieces.
