    Mango lassi! Delicious !
    Erick S.

This place is small ( seats 14 people or so) but don't be fooled ! This place not only offers some of the best classic pizzas in the WHOLE county ! Yes! LA county ! But they also offer Indian fusion pizzas such as chicken tikka masala and butter chicken, and so much MORE ! This place is not only delicious, but they gave me a free Mago Lassi after buying over $30 in food. The coolest thing is that it's only one block away from my home baby ! Suck it Little Caesar's ! There a new sheriff in town and that's Pizza Effect !!

First time here, and wow, the pizza's great! Perfect flavor, and you gotta support small businesses. The owner's super nice and helpful.

    Margherita Pizza - Large 14'' (8 Slices)

Super nice lady running it. Pizza crust is how a pizza should be. Firm and slightly crisp but not burnt. Cheese was very good and full of flavor. I got the Margarita pizza. My only complaint was the whole tomatoes on it. Definitely would recommend

I came here because this Pizza store also has Sri Lankan cuisine. It is located at the junction of Tampa and Roscoe in Reseda. For now, only limited items are available (see my menu photos), but there are plans to add items like rice and currry, hoppers, string hoppers and even a buffet. My carry out order was for fish rolls, fish stuffed rotis and chicken Kothu roti. Their speciality at the present time is various varieties of Kothu rotis (check out my menu photos). All the items I purchased were well prepared and had flavor, taste and texture. Interacted with Harshi, who provided excellent customer service. Stay tuned for pictures of more items as they become available.

Ricotta & Mozzarella Calzone Added: Jalapenos , chicken, mushrooms

I've only tried their calzones, but I absolutely love them. Their sauce has a great flavor. Service was amazing as well. Highly recommend

Everybody should come here. The pizza is stellar and the staff is great! Don't be shy and check out their Sri Lankan menu, as well. Everything is so friggin' good.

Plenty of seating to enjoy your meal. There's a fridge on the way to the cashier with plenty of dessert, ice cream, and beverage choices to choose from. The fullness & deliciousness from the food distracted me and had me forget, but will definitely try the Mango Lassi & Rice Pudding on my next trip! The pudding's made with basmati rice so that's what caught my attention. Was greeted by a nice gentleman who provided me with great recommendations. He even checked in on all his customers while we were eating. 10/10 customer service our whole time there. He was kind enough to give us a drink & rice on the house to go along with one of our entrees! We got: Chicken Korma and Lamb Briyani The chicken was in a yellow, creamy sauce - curry. The aromatics & spices put into these dishes were so comforting. Both the chicken & lamb were so savory, tender and each bite was very flavorful. The rice was very fluffy and delicious. Garlic Naan Served fresh and warm. Not oily, but wasn't dry! Every bite was soft. The garlic was subtle, but perfectly present in every bite. Samosas These were HEAVEN SENT. Idk what kind of seasoning or filling they used - I believe there were potatoes, lentils, veggies? I didn't know what to expect for the filling, but it was sooo good. One order came in 3 pieces & they were HUGE. These are a MUST if you go here! They came with 2 sauces which both paired very well w the samosas. If I'm ever craving this kind of food, this is the restaurant I will choose to go to. Best spot in town! Customer service, experience, & food all surpassed my expectations. Definitely will come back & try more things off their menu! + they have discounts if you attend CSUN!

Since it was a group visit, we ended up tasting almost everything on the menu--and every single item impressed us. We started with pani puri, which was fresh, tangy, and full of that classic street-food punch. The chili chicken was crispy and spicy with great flavor, while the hakka noodles were well seasoned and comforting. The jhol momos were rich and flavorful, and the steamed momos were juicy, soft, and perfectly cooked--simple and delicious. One of the biggest highlights was their new addition: Maggi. It was hands down the best--pure nostalgia in a bowl and exactly the kind of comfort food you crave. And for me, the clear winner was the loaded fries--crispy, generously topped, and absolutely addictive. I loved them and would happily go back just for those. Even though it's a food truck, it gives you the perfect feel of enjoying authentic snacks and momos, just like true street food should. As I have said before, they have the best Tandoori Chicken (bone in), anywhere. I came here to dine in for lunch. Why? I had this longing for Pakistani Biriyani (in my humble opinion, nobody makes it better). I debated, then still selected the Pakistani Chicken (bone in) Biriyani. There is a boneless option, but why. Has anybody forgotten about the elements of taste and flavor? My Biriyani dish arrives as a generous portion, the right temperature, full of mesmerizing aromas, perfectly balanced flavor, spices and color and well distributed in terms of chicken and rice. As a comment, chicken was a tough. The ideal way to eat this, IMHO, is with yoghurt or raita. Unfortunately, they were out of that, so they supplied the carry out mint yogurt sauce cups. Not the best, but an okay substitute. Service was good, but very scanty, and annoying. Staff need to pay more attention to the customers, full time. This must be their primary focus. Instead of talking loudly with colleagues, about their customers and other issues. Have they forgotten that, there are customers in the restaurant that need immediate attention, and service.

As such, one cuisine (and there are more) that fits the bill is that from India. There are a plethora of restaurants in both the SFV and the Lost Angeles area, mainly centered around Northern cuisine. But tell me, do you know of one that is consistent in its delivery of memorable, hallmark dishes? Yes, there is a place in Canoga Park, called New India Palace. They serve a lunch buffet (11 am to 3 pm) daily, 7 days a week, that is unmatched, anywhere in these environs. It now runs at $14.99 plus tax, very reasonable, I might add, with a delicious selection of mouthwatering dishes. Recently, I found dahi vada (deep fried lentil donuts soaked in yoghurt and topped with chutneys and spices) as one of the selections (never seen that in any Indian buffet). It is one of my favorite Indian appetizers. And that too, it was superbly prepared. Their goat curry with aromatic brown gravy, goes well with the included freshly prepared naan (I chose the garlic version). There is chicken biriyani, pappar (fire roasted lentil and pepper wafers), yellow lentils (their version is fantastic), Saag (spinach) and aloo gobi (cauliflower and potatoes), to name a few. Chili chicken was okay, but the tandoori chicken came out dry, for both my pieces. Either way, this is not a knock down of this place. Overall, their Indian buffet food is the best in the Valley.
