During our last visit, our busy server forgot to bring ketchup before we were finished with our meal, and to compensate, she offered to take five dollars off our bill. I have only eaten here a couple of times, and while the food was not extraordinary, it was good--exactly what I expected. I have not had the pizza, but I have heard that it is good, and plan on trying it eventually. If you are looking to go out and have beers with friends, Cousin's is clean and friendly. The only downside (for me) is the sometimes rowdy clientele they get on weekends, but there are a bunch of tables that bar guests are welcome to sit at away from the rest of the crowd.

However, there are at least 4 beers list on the website tap list that were not available. I find it very disappointing that any restaurant can not keep their website up to date. It does a disservice to customers who travel for a specific menu item.

I've eaten here about 4-5 times and this is my personal third choice for pizza shops in Hamburg but I know quite a few people who like Pizza Como the most. The pizza is ok, the sauce is a little sweeter than I like it. The rest of the food that I've had there has been good but nothing to write home about. Take out beer is a plus and there's a bar but I've never used it. Inside is nice decor with plenty of seating. read more

Absolutely loved our experience at Pizza Como! The cold beer mugs were a perfect start -- nothing beats an icy-cold drink with dinner. The curly fries were perfectly crispy, and the Caesar salad was fresh. But the star of the show was the bacon, hot peppers, Hawaiian pizza l. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. I'll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend! read more

The food is great here. We order at least 2 times a week. The only complaint I have is that in the last few months all of their portion sizes have become smaller, but the price has not. If you look through their menu and it says something like "Served with 2 chicken breasts" But then when the food comes, it is one chicken breast cut into 2 pieces. read more

Great food, great staff. The only complaint I have is that it seems their portion sizes have gotten smaller and aren't always what they say in their menu. For example if it says "come with 2 breaded chicken breasts" the entree may come out with one chicken breast cut into two halfs instead. read more

The parents did nothing about it. The server never brought silverware- I had to get it. The server never checked back to see if we liked everything. Never were we asked if we needed anything. The bathroom toilets barely flushed. I didn't think the bathrooms were terribly clean. The interior of the restaurant seemed dingy to me. I would never set foot in this location again. Ever.
