I'm so sorry I gave the wrong impression with my review 1 yr ago but must tell you...that was based on a take out which was called in and Julie answered the phone. My friend picked up order and staff was kind. However, i recently ate at the establishment...oh my! Are you kidding. It's dirty, dated and has the filthiest bathrooms ever! You almost trip on the floor near the bathrooms because it's lifted...seriously?! According to other customers and staff it's been like this for years. Plz Mr Como...clean up your joint. You should be ashamed of yourself taking advantage of your customers and staff. read more

The pizza is $10.95 for a single pie with $2.25 per topping, they have a large topping selection. The pizzas are 16 inches and good. On Tuesday and Wednesday, you can buy two 16 inches for $17.99. They also have cheeseburgers and sandwiches here and seem very popular with everyone. They have a nice selection of beer on Tap. Desserts are not made in-house but they looked good. read more

Neighborhood pizza parlor. I had a small mushroom cheese steak. It was very good. My husband had soup, and a plain slice. He enjoyed both! Service was very fast, and friendly!! The pizza here is good. This is where I almost always get pizza from in Hamburg. The staff is always courteous and friendly, and the wait is always reasonable. There is a small bar tucked in the back of the restaurant--I don't think they have a bartender, but someone will come over to serve you when you sit down. They have a decently sized take-out beer selection, which is awesome. The garlic knots aren't bad, although I wish they were a little more garlicky. I think I just have a garlic addiction. I have never eaten anything but pizza and garlic knots here, so I can't say much about the rest of the menu, but I have never had an issue with their pizza and I would definitely recommend it. read more

The pizza is good...although not as cheesey as some other places nearby. Cheese fries weren't great at all. Tried a large turkey sandwich the other day and we all laughed at the size unless they gave a small by mistake I paid for a large and it was so small with barely any mayo or turkey and 2 tomato slices lol. You dont know until you try so now we know just to go there for an occasional pizza and avoid the frozen soggy fries and sandwiches! read more

I actually made a yelp account to talk about how terrible the last sandwich I ordered turned out. I ordered a meatball parm that was cold and The meatballs were absolutely foul. This is not my first bad experience with this establishment. Half the time the staff is rude and acts like the customer is an inconvenience. The only decent food in this place is the pizza. Everything else is mediocre at best. I would suggest the pizza place right up the road. read more

How can you serve cold spaghetti and meatballs? Ordered spaghetti and meatballs with a side salad today, besides all it was very good but when the spaghetti and meatballs came out presentation was nice for a pizza shop restaurant. But when I began to eat it it wasn't room temperature cold but cold the meatballs were refrigerator cold the sauce was even cold. Their Pizza crust is perfect and makes a great foundation for whatever toppings your heart desires and their garlic knots are great too! Sorry tired of going here! Lived in Hamburg 3 years now. 3 years they couldn't get the cost of a pizza pie right until I started showing them a receipt I would keep in my wallet. Under cooked over cooked you name it they've done it. Each time i go back do you think they offer me anything for the inconvenience? Nope. This one tonight final draw! Got a grilled cheese: 1 not toasted, 2 Chuck of cheese UN melted, 3butter on the inside not melted sitting on top of the cheese! no inconvenience offer! And now I'm sitting eating a cold pizza! Thanks Como! Wish I could give zero stars. They really don't seem to care about losing or business. Guess we'll try Russo's. read more

The food is definitely delicious and our first pick when craving pizza or any takeout. We've only been living in Hamburg for about 5 months now and ordered several times from them. This time I've had it with the ordering process - 2nd time I've ordered a Caesar salad and they give me a TUNA salad. So tell me how the word "Caesar" sounds like "tuna"???????? And this time around after calling back about this issue the woman was not very nice about it. She insisted she reads back the orders but not this time. Somehow getting my order wrong 2 out of 3 times is NOT cutting it for me. I would like to know my order is correct each time instead of getting all the way home and it's wrong!!! read more

We moved to the area from New Jersey and a good pizza was hard to find. We tried Pizza Como and we loved it! The service is great. Their staff is the best, you couldn't ask for a more friendly place. i have been eating pizza for over 50 years. i always order extra cheese. i ordered a large pie with extra cheese, well done. when i got home i could see that it was a regular cheese pie. i called a the very nice women working there told me that " when you order a pie well done the extra cheese kind of all melts together so it's hard to tell, but it WAS an extra cheese pie". come on. am i stupid or something. even for a regular pie it was lacking cheese. while eating it we got so pissed that my friend picked up the half that was left and brought it back to PIZZA COMO so they could see for themselves. they had the nerve to say that it was in fact an extra cheese pie. this whole fiasco is based on pure principal. anyone in their right mind could see that 2-3mm of cheese is not an extra cheese pizza. the pizza is tasty. you can't take that away from them. it just bothers me so much that these people would try to explain how an extra cheese pie can look exactly like a regular pie. like it's the first time i have eaten a pizza. you would think any intellegent business owner would make another EXTRA CHEESE pizza to make the customer happy. it only cost them a buck or two. which, by the way we would not have excepted. it's purely principal. i started a YELP acct. so i could write this. read more
