When I read about Luzia's, it sounded a lot like Brick, so I had to try it. Had the meatball appetizer. Good, but I would have preferred larger meatballs with more sauce. They use similar, good quality ingredients and cooking methods as Brick, but I think their oven temperature must be off (at least by my tastes). The tops of the crust had some char, which is expected for this style of cooking, but the bottom had no crispness, and was somewhat soggy. They serve beer and wine, which for me is a plus. I guess I'll stick with Brick for a better version of this style pizza.

The food was so delicious I just tasted a spoonful of my granddaughter's Clam Chowder and it was thick and white which confused me, because it looked not seasoned, But it was the Best chowder I've Ever had! I ordered French Onion Soup and it was so good, but it was so cheesy I couldn't get to the French bread, onions and broth.
