I believe this is the first time I ordered here if not it will not be the last. Just ordered a shrimp and steak sandwich and fries and that sandwich is ridiculously delicious! If I was greedy I would have gotten a 12"! Awesome sandwich with a couple of extras fixings I added on. Next time to avoid all the extra DoorDash fees I'll make sure to go pick it up myself! But great food made fresh at 8:30 pm! read more

Great food like every time we've ordered from them, hot and fresh! I really wish half stars were a thing, they would absolutely get 4.5 stars. Delivery was fast, driver was very friendly. read more

Great food always hot great service and wonderful people 100 percent. Never had anything cold yet in years .

Delicious! Loved the crunch of the crust and how it wasn't soggy like dominoes. All the flavors from each topping were spot on. The crust wasn't overly thick. The pizza was exactly the way I was craving. Best of all extremely less greasy than other pizza companies. read more

Do NOT eat at this place. The pizza was half cooked and had no flavor. They forgot our extra sauces so it was very unenjoyable!

This place is a disaster. Go anyplace else. They made me wait an hour and then forgot half my food. They said they'd refund the money instead they charged me twice and refunded me once which left me with a charge. When I called I got some crazy person and he hung up on me. Nobody speaks English and they don't seem to care. It's just a mess all around. read more

Used to be our go to pizza place but not anymore. The quality for the price has gone way down hill. The subs are tiny for the how expensive they are and the cheese has gotten really greasy. Disappointing. read more

Place a order in & was charge but was told my card was decline. The worker there had an attitude.

If I could give 0 stars I would... My wife ordered a pizza (with sauce mind you, bc who neglects to select sauce). They basically sent cheese sticks in the shape of a pizza, and are refusing to fix it...I wish it would allow to post a picture bc this is not ok... read more

Really small chain location you can easily miss, but the tattood gentleman at the front was extremely courteous and kind. Even delivered the sandwich to the car. Hand sanitizer station inside the store and door was open to avoid contact Great store! read more

Shortly after my first review, I was contacted by Pizza Boli's. I was offered a free pizza in exchange for giving them a second chance. At the time, I was told: - they had just come under new management - "changes" were in the works - Prince William County wouldn't allow them to have a deep fryer on-site because of the building code, but they were going to be getting one "soon." So... I waited a month, and gave them their second chance. I ordered the exact same thing that went so wrong the first time. And... meh. The first time I called was just after 5:00. I was told that they had no delivery drivers, and I should call back after 7:00. I did... and at least this time, I got everything I ordered, in a decent amount of time. But apparently they haven't gotten a fryer yet. Both the mozzarella sticks and the fries had been put through the pizza oven instead. Mozz sticks came out slightly underdone; fries were slightly, umm.. "extra crispy" but nowhere nearly as bad as last time. My gyro had more meat on it than the first one but was still mainly lettuce. If all you ever want to order from this place is pizza... go for it. Pizza alone, I'd go about 3.5 stars. (Extra half star because hey... green olives!) And chances are I'll probably order pizza from them again. But anything other than pizza... no. Sorry, guys. read more

Pizza Boli's never misses. The mozzarella sticks cheese pull is on another level. Chicken tenders & fries are crispy! The Greek Salad is phenomenal, the grape leaves are a great addition. Whoever is in the kitchen knows what's up! read more

Randomly tried this place due to a neighborhood power outage and would say it's a pretty solid lunch. Ordered a steak and cheese and fries. The bread was fresh and tasty not soggy and fries were seasoned and tasted fresh unlike a lot of local freezer flavored fries read more

I bought multiple pizzas and the guy wouldn't give a single sauce, the guy speaks in a rude way as well. I have never had a bad experience with this location but give me a sauce next time. Bro was acting like the sauce was coming out of his paycheck. read more

BAD FOOD, Delivery, & Customer Service The salad had a moldy tomato. The cheese steak bread was burnt. :( Such a disappointment! I am writing this review and they still haven't delivered my chips. Delivery took over an hour even though they are 0.4 tenths of a mile from my home. I took pictures of the moldy tomato and bread. Delivery guy forgot my chips, disputed me that I did not order them. I called back to Pizza Bolis to inform them that the driver did not bring me my chips. I was placed on hold four times just so he could tell me that the driver will bring the chips back to me but he wasn't sure when it would be delivered. This is my third time eating at Pizza Bolis. The first time the cheese steak was so salty I could not eat it. Pizza Bolis will not get my money any more! Save your money and your time and find another spot or just cook your own food! This place is a disgrace! read more

This new managment sucks! Been a Customer for years to this location but never any issues before but this new owner is greedy and don't really know how to maintain local customers and the quality of food, We ordered four chicken fajita pizza's and they messed up the toppings on all of them, everything was under cooked and on top of that he'd only give us one garlic sauce with my order... I was like i'm supposed to get four w four pizza's, He goes we charge for extra and I told him it's not extra each pizza comes w one garlic sauce and I've been eating from pizza bolis at many different locations. He said we are new managment and we charge $1 for each additional one, I think it's really petty thing to do and that's not how to treat your customers not, Tell me if I'm wrong about wanting to get 4 garlic sauces w 4 pizza's? I am never ordering from here again as long as this management is in charge. read more

The first time I ordered a small chicken cheese steak, it was not great. The I ordered the wings and mozzarella sticks a few times. The mozzarella sticks are good. Stomach disturbances the next day all day both time I ate. Gave it a second time and it got me again. Just a heads up!

I order Crab Pizza and my wife pick it up. At home we realize that pizza it's uncooked with raw toppings and crust. When I called manager, he denied that we order this pizza from his place and tried to convince me that I've ordered somewhere else. After while, he finally admit it, that we ordered from them and told me to bring pizza back, so he can check what is wrong with it. That was a it 30 minutes later after my wife get raw pizza home. He was very rude and yelled at me over the phone. He said, that if there is something wrong with their pizza, they will make another one for me. After this experience who would risk to get another one from this place ?! Expensive, bad customer service and raw pizza. Save yourself headache and buy somewhere else. I would give zero... For over the phone manager treating me ! read more

I've eaten at this location of Boli's many times, both pickup and delivery. The pizza is always pretty good, especially for a chain, and quite consistent. As a lover of real pizza - i.e. either a very thin crust or a true Chicago deep dish - I always get the thin crust. Boli's thin crust is very crispy, but lacks the chewiness characteristic of a New York style crust. They usually do a square cut on their thin crust, so you will have to ask if you want a regular pie cut. Both the cheese and sauce are quite good and usually the right amount. I have never had any of the sides like wings or breadsticks. I have picked up several times, and the store is always clean. The staff are generally friendly, and oftentimes the managers will go out of their way to make sure your pizza is right before you walk out the door. Although I have only had Boli's from this one location, it is possibly the best chain pizza I have ever had, and definitely worth trying. read more

Thanks a lot pizza boli's!! We love the crab pizza and wanted it for dinner but ended up waiting TWO HOURS for one large pizza and still did not receive my order. I called the store on multiple occasions to see if my order was on the way and I kept getting the run around and the workers acted like they did not care. I ended up having to get a refund and a phony 5 dollar promo code. That does not compensate for my inconvenience!! I'll never try ordering from this place again. I order food when I don't want to worry about cooking dinner, but this for sure added unnecessary stress. If you can, Take your business elsewhere! RIDICULOUS. read more

I cannot stand places who leave menus on my door. It's like they are saying, "here, you throw away this crap for me." What annoys me even more, is the place continuing to do this even after I have pointed out it is not only against my apartment's rules, it is also against Prince William County code. So, in case the owner/manager of this establishment reads this, here is the link to the local code: http://library.municode.com/index.aspx?clientId=14114 If you want us to have one of your menus...stop cheating the mail man, pay for the stamps and send them in the mail. I am sure you give people who order from you more menus when they pick up or get the food delivered. Are you trying get someone to use the things as wallpaper? Trust me, try as you may...it will not happen. I can cry over all the trees you must be responsible for killing. STOP LEAVING MENUS ON OUR DOORS! read more

I'll get to the food in a bit... First, I have to talk about how they delivered and prepared the food. I was impressed. I was staying at a hotel so I had them deliver chicken parm, spaghetti and meatballs, and BBQ wings. I was told 45min and it came very hot in about 20. The chicken parm came cut up (I'm used to seeing a full chicken breast) and on top of the dish was included two paper plates. This was fantastic because when your traveling, you don't have plates and utensils. Thanks!! Now the food: chicken parm was fantastic! Spaghetti was fantastic, and the wings were great too. I only have one complaint.... You only got 3 pieces of garlic bread for each dish. Now, they give you a large portion of food so, the bread needs to match the plate. Try eating an entire portion of chicken parm with 3 little things of bread.... It sucks, you will want more. Overall, I'm shocked other reviews are so low. If they were bad at one time, they have changed. read more

Gave them a heads up for an order hours before, was ready at the exact minute it was supposed to be. Can't get enough of their pizza.

The pizza was gross... the cheese was tasteless and the sauce was bland.
