I liked the nurses who did the laser treatment-so sweet and I did like the treatments but the "manager" Chelsea was not pleasant in any way. It's been one year and I am still very upset with how i was treated for being 4 minutes late (I have timed receipts) It was the most embarrassing experience and completely unnecessary. I should mention that I had to wait for my appointment on a few occasions and I said nothing because it's not a big deal. Shame on Chelsea for calling mall security on my husband who was meeting me there and had not even uttered one word.

I just went elsewhere for a facial where they answer the phone and honor their advertisements.
