Comics, cards, figurines, Pops, Star Wars collectibles, Star Trek collectibles, Hot Wheels, etc. I would not have believed the huge stocks from the outside. Plus some oversized Star Wars items: R2D2, a Droid, and a diorama of Dogabah. These guys are fans first and retailers second. Had a nice conversation about comics and left them with information on checking out my collection and possible deals. They were friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help. Check them out! His general knowledge of the tcgs gamers sells along side an encyclopedic knowledge of their inventory are both indespensable as a customer. I cannot count how many times I've come in for cards in the case and BECAUSE of his knowledge I've ended up grabbing cards I otherwise wouldnt have purchased I also buy my singles from gamers because they are always honest on the condition of the cards, another thing I wanted to specifically commend cody for being exceptional at. Next is Jessica. She's always very friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and makes us feel noticed and welcome whenever we are in the store. Her warmth is absolutely radiant and I truly think she's another standout. The last one i wanted to commend is Samuel. I have less interactions with him so less to say but my few interactions with him have all been positive and I generally feel hes another gem among the staff And then just to repeat it one final time, Cody is an absolute standout every time we go to the store. I often drive out of my way to come to gamers over alternatives after calling to confirm cody is there and working. It's that impactful and important when he is there that we will go out of our way to see him. 10/10 recommendation on all fronts. Do NOT miss this store if you like anything gaming and collectibles. They are cooler than any museum and friendly to boot.

Not only did they have a good selection, not only did they have an excellent selection. They had the largest collection of Funko pops. I've ever seen under one roof. They had a lot of other really neat products too, including Asian food snacks. We made numerous purchases. The staff was super helpful super chill and the music was really good in the store. I got my ring back a week ago and took it to different Jewelers in the surrounding area and all said, "the prong work leaves alot to be desired" - they were to replace a prong on my sapphire and tip the other 3. There are ripples in the tipped prongs and they are so bad the Jewelers reviewing it would not attempt to tell me which one was replaced. I have had this ring for over a decade, it is well loved and in sterling silver, which is soft but the sapphire is not centered. There is a huge gap and the stone is pushed to one side leaving it diagonal. There are several prongs on the accent setting that needs replacement, that was never even mentioned to me when I brought it in. This ring was giving to me by my father when I was 19, it was 1,000 almost 20 years ago, my father passed in January. There is no amount of money too great for this ring. I added photos so you can see how poorly this ring was done, every jeweler I've spoken with said they would not return my ring to me like this. The stone they lost, I went to pick up my ring and was told the jeweler forgot to put the stone in. Why was my ring not inspected before it was put in a bag as completed? The ruby was not in the bag and they only told me it was lost thr next day, because the color did not match and they had to order a new ruby. THE COLOR STILL DOES NOT MATCH! In the sun you can see how pink the stone is compared to the others. And the ruby below the ruby they replaced has been chipped in the same spot the prong lays on the stone they replaced. This ring is "well loved", it is almost 20 years old. But none of my stones were chipped when I brought it in. There was no mention of a chipped stone when it was brought in. I know there are no photos of a chipped stone because my stone WAS NOT CHIPPED! The prong that broke was on the opposite side of the ring. I've included a photo of how my ring looked before it was brought in. I am devastated this all happened. I'm angry how this was handled. Every jeweler was surprised this was Oz's work and so am I. I will be taking this as far as I can. I'm an accountant, I have money Melissa and the ring you messed up means more to me than you will ever know.

Dropped off my ring along…read morewith a replacement diamond to Oz and got a phone call the very next day that it was fixed and ready to pick up. He checked and replace all the prongs on all my diamonds because he noticed they were very worn (been on my finger for 30 years!) so he replace all 12 prongs as well as setting the new stone. And cleaned the ring too. I was overjoyed when I got it back because it literally looked brand new. All the scratches on the gold were buffed out and it looked fantastic. Price was extremely reasonable and the turn around time was phenomenal! Oz has been my families go to jeweler for 35 years. I can't imagine getting anything new or having a repair done anywhere but with him. The entire staff is absolutely awesome! Highly recommend Oz's jewelers for that special piece you're looking for. If he doesn't have it he will make it or find it..and everything is top quality!

Don't get confused, you have to walk around the other side from the parking lot because like many of the items they have for sale, they are a hidden gem. When we first came to take a look at the store, we accidentally walked into the pawn shop. I can start off by saying that this is the best game store in Hickory, even topping GameStop- ESPECIALLY with prices, but MOST DEFINITELY with the customer service and the sweet folks that own/work here. I have never had a disappointing experience. My 8 year old's birthday was last November, and I promised I'd take him to get a certain video game, but forgot my card at home. The KIND owners just let him keep it as a birthday gift! Granted, it was a really inexpensive game, BUT kindness goes a long way. It doesn't matter the price, it's the thought that counts. In this economy, it's hard to make money and I absolutely hate taking anything from a locally owned store, but they insisted and it warmed my heart! That kindness they showed towards my son got me, as a life long customer, as long as they are open- I will always shop here FIRST; Before checking any other store. They definitely made a little 8 year old VERY happy that day, and his mom too! When it comes to the items that they carry, they DO NOT disappoint. They have super old games and fairly new games FOR EVERY console, as well as consoles themselves, controllers, Funko... Really anything you need for your game room! But the best part is their (what I call) tiny console museum room! They have all kinds of vintage consoles on display in this room. It's a big dream of mine to collect 'em all one day for our game room! Now, we know just where to go to find what we need when we need it! XBOX + Playstation and their dinosaur predecessors, PC games, Gameboy, PSP, Wii, Switch, SNES/NES etc. They have it all, and they are WELL WORTH checking out before you go drop heaps of money at a retail chain. I really hope to see them stay in business and THRIVE!

The employees are always the sweetest and always make sure to welcome you with a big bright smile on their faces! They have an incredible selection of book in stock! You can get lost in there for hours just looking at the book provided. They have a bit of everything for an extremely low price. Their downstairs has many amazing books that will be about half of the original price. The upstairs (my favorite place) is full of every genre you can imagine and for only $5 they have hundreds of hardcovers books for $5 as well. This is definitely a 10/10 business! Every time I have had the pleasure of visiting I have been met with amazing service, amazing products, and even better conversation with the staff! If you are a bookworm and want to find good quality used books then this is the place to go!!!
