Their prices are even less than T.J. Maxx or Marshalls but with an obviously better selection. The customer service is what sets this place apart from any other. They will search the system for your size for any item and will almost mail to your house for free if they don't have it at their location. I've not seen service like this from any other retailer. The quality of the clothes is also some of the best you'll find. I highly recommend their new moisture wicking, stretch button down shirts. Looks like a dress shirt but feels like an Under Armour t-shirt. They are the most comfortable dress and business casual shirts I've ever worn. They don't wrinkle and could be considered a traveler shirt as well. I'm hoping they start offering these in more detailed dress shirt sizing rather than just S, M, L, etc. Think they would be a hit. At the end of the day, the customer service is the best here, and the prices and selection (even if you have to work with their staff to find your sizes in some cases) are great reasons to add this store as a regular stop in Blowing Rock.

This afternoon, I went to the Hanes Brands store at 200 Shoppes On The Parkway, Suite 46. I picked out a pair of black pants with a handwritten tag that said $21.00 and they were on a 40% off rack. I paid and as I was walking toward the door, I checked my receipt. I went back to the register and showed her that she rang them up as $24.00 and it should've been $21.00. She said she didn't know who wrote that tag, but the UPC code that they wrote, pulled up $24.00. She said she couldn't fix it because there was nothing she could ring up for $21.00. If she had looked inside the pants, she would have seen a different UPC code on the sewn in label and she could've resolved the issue. Instead, she just stood there looking at me and didn't even apologize. I walked away and she said nothing. You might say, "it's only $3" but her total lack of customer service was extremely aggravating.
