I reached out to Bloom Healthcare Centers in October 2025 seeking mental health support after a…read moreserious trauma and was told I would be contacted within a week to schedule care. That did not happen. Since October 2025, I've experienced persistent and unresolved administrative failures within Bloom's system. These include months-long gaps with no returned calls despite leaving multiple voicemails, repeated false assurances of follow-up, cancelled appointments initiated by administration rather than providers, and frequent call transfers to incorrect extensions that end in unmonitored voicemail boxes. At this point, this has occurred often enough that it feels systemic rather than incidental. When I was finally scheduled, my stated preferences were not honored, and I was assigned an intern without prior notice. Attempts to raise concerns led to further disruption of care rather than resolution. There was no accountability or apology for the delays. This experience felt impersonal, disorganized, and harmful for someone actively seeking mental healthcare. I would not recommend Bloom and strongly suggest finding a smaller practice with reliable communication and continuity of care. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=26jcUK24wNE

The one-star reviews are almost certainly from non-patients, please take with a grain of salt…read more Bloom is a safe place for outpatient treatment. It is not a rehab center, nor a psychiatric hospital, nor a pharmacy, and just like any other facility, they cannot legally prescribe or recommend drugs to anyone other than established patients. I will note, there is an (unaffiliated) addiction treatment center down the hall, for those who may need it. My experience: The kindest and most helpful people work here, at Bloom. My interactions with intake, reception, nurses, nurse practitioners and the like, have all been positive and compassionate... and I have visited this practice more than 40 times. Tammy, Alison, and Lisseth always made me feel comfortable, safe, and important which means the world to me (especially as someone with white-coat syndrome). Billing department may be a bit frustrating to deal with depending on your coverage, but this is the U.S. healthcare system we're talking about - insurance isn't supposed to be easy (not Bloom's fault). In my experience, the Winchester team have been amazing advocates for their patients and went the extra mile to ensure I was covered for the treatments I needed. I highly recommend them, especially for anyone considering TMS therapy.

When we were taken into the exam room, the nurse took my mom's blood pressure, asked some questions, then went to bring the doctor in. We waited 20 plus minutes, then the doctor came in just to say we have to get a referral for X-rays at the diagnostic center ten minutes away, when we were told we could do the X-rays at this place. She told us if we wanted to do it here it would have to be at 2 pm. Then she got very disrespectful and raised her voice a bit and talked down to my mother like she was a child just because she wasn't pleased with the service so far. Very disgraceful behavior from a doctor when my mom was in immense nerve pain. Not only the complicated nonsense of going to an urgent care, paying $50 for co-pay, just to get sent somewhere else, but the horrible disrespect from the doctor. If there's one thing I don't tolerate from a medical practice is disrespect and attitudes instead of patience and empathy. Would not recommend this place at all or even return. The diagnostics center treated my mom so well and so much better. Save yourself some heartache and seek another urgent care.

Lying, rude, mean-spirited, argumentative, and manipulative people there at Valley Health only care about two things anymore and neither are related to improving quality of care ... Money and Social Media Likes. Valley Health is contributing to the failure of the American health care system one clinic and one awful staff member at a time.
