They explain things thoroughly and make you feel super comfortable, no matter what you are dealing with. I love the environment as well. I am updating the review because the office manager called me and rectified the surprise-billing…read moresituation and even refunded my son, I am very thankful for her. The accounts receivable staff employee had a problem properly informing patients, my son ASKED numerous times about it before he started and after he started and he got blown off, he really did, and did not receive anything but an unitemized bill via email for $1,000+ WEEKS later, newly out-of-network, my son was left uninformed after repeatedly asking and getting surprise billing w/out itemized bill, that's pretty terrible, and accounts receivable staff employee had a hostility that my son couldn't work with and that's when I got involved for him. I was very unhappy w/dealing with the accounts receivable staff employee at Break Away, she was smarmy, had a nasty attitude, like you could hear her rolling her eyes over the phone kinda character, she was not truthful about what she didn't do, and it was infuriating - she told me, all attitudey, that she sent my son itemized bill like my son was wrong, when I inquired w/my son about it, he double-checked and she did not do that until I left unfavorable review.. the office manager called me and told me how she realized it was unacceptable to be charged like my son had been and refunded. If you have a problem, contact the office manager. but that staff accounts receivable employee needs some schooling because she was 1) hard to contact 2) unapproachable and 3) untruthful, patients don't want that, they don't need that, thank goodness for the office manager. I did find the out-of-network cost for Break Away to be ridiculously expensive though...

The place was clean and well organized and my instructor asked many questions to get a feel of my condition. I was surprised to be subjected to so many reps and sets to different exercises on the first visit. The next few days I was hurting and not happy with that fact. My hope was to learn what exercises I needed and the proper way to execute them rather than over doing it on my first visit. Decided to forget about traveling to a PT location and come up with my own exercise plan and perform them at my own pace in the comfort of my home which I've done since that first visit and it's working out well. I learn more using Google and watching YouTube videos and no traveling anywhere and no co-pays to Medicare! Maybe going to PT will work out for you but I wasn't for me. Your mileage may vary!

They've called twice because of double-booking. I am my husband's care-giver, and I am not retired. I worked my meeting schedules around the initial - and yes, second schedule changes. I should not have to do this... It is poor business practice to misrepresent this fine organization. The front desk has also called with a schedule that they only provide for Medicare clients. My husband is not on Medicare; he is on my primary BCBS insurance. Again, the organization is being misrepresented, and it's just a matter of time before it begins to lose clients.
