And it looks like everybody is getting the same treatment although you have different pain in different area. I honestly can't see anyone choosing to come here based on the treatment I got. It's just bed vibrations, heating pad, and muscle rub. They might but the shock thing on your back. It's cookie cutter treatment. I watched as the office staff put everybody on the beds and not properly clean them after each patient. Although no one skin is exposed they are laying on the same beds for extended periods of times they are not spraying or wiping the entire bed. Leaving towels down and all patients lay on the same towel they just wipe down the head & foot of the bed. Lastly I wasn't able to make a couple of appointments because I was using the car that was involved in the accident to get to my appointments. The office manager never asked or inquired about my situation. She rudely told me that she was going to discharge me and I would have to pay out of pocket for the service or it would go to collections. I had to remind her about customer service, patients rights, and threaten her that I would be prepared to sue before I paid out of pocket for not coming to an appointment that I communicated each time what my issue was. I had to insist on speaking to the doctor because she was adamant that she is the office manager and the only one able to address my issue. I was able to speak to the doctor who tried to back her staff until i demonstrated how I was trying to adhere to their policies but due to reasons outside of my control couldn't make it. Had no other choice but to reschedule me. If getting care from a staff that is caring, from a facility that practices appropriate sanitation and getting good customer service is important to you go some where else. This is not it!

I will not say that traditional therapy wouldn't have worked, but she felt that the warmth of the water and resistance would make a more gentle experience for me....and she was right! When I injured my right knee.....I did the heat and ice thing, eventually getting it to the point of being able to walk, but it still wasn't right. I happened to remember how great the therapy was, emailed my doctor for a referral and made a pretty quick set of appointments. It's been a month and what I can tell you is that a pretty serious pain is now gone. Naturally, everyone is going to have a different experience with how much time it take to heal, but I am so very thrilled with where I am! Hence ,I have been to MANY PT offices with most being okay and some simply lost sight of the patients. I found PT FORUM, Annapolis in 2018, after an ankle fusion surgery. It was dramatically different from all the rest. Everyone in the office is WONDERFUL! 2022 - I am back again this spring after a hip replacement. They listen to you. WOW! They are so professional, proficient and friendly. They will provide manual manipulation when needed (which I found most others not wanting to do). It's almost like you are visiting friends. I cannot highly recommend them enough. I have more surgeries coming up and I plan to return to them again and again. I don't know how anyone could say the place is dirty - No way! It is neat, clean and everything is in its place; the staff are always well presented. It is a smaller place than many others, but it means nothing in comparison to the fact that they provide excellent care and CARE about their patients.

My 1984 U.S. Army Airborne School Jump Week injuries just got worse over four decades. I suffered a crash-and-burn landing during the required Night Jump. I have military neck, which means I've lost the natural curve of my cervical spine. This causes all kinds of issues. Through adjustments and x-rays, I was well on my way to address my nine neck and back conditions. Try to stay positive. This is indeed a deliberate and proven process that takes time and your committment. The atmosphere here is uplifting! The doctors take whatever time is necessary to address your question and concerns. I feel as though I'm speaking with my friends when there. I'm sticking with this office, go to StretchLab, and see an acupuncturist every week. This combination works for my body. I highly recommend this practice for all your chiropractic needs. Like a couple other reviews have said, they're like car salesman…read more I went in for the first time cause of some back pain, so I was hoping to get an x-ray to make sure it wasn't anything drastic. I was told that the x-ray would be a $47 "patient special." I went in, talked with one of the chiropractors about what I was dealing with and took some x-rays. Went back a couple days later to take a look at them. It wasn't anything too serious but they proposed a "treatment plan" that was just for me. They gave me 3 different prices that ranged from 900-1200. The prices were dependent on the payment method. If I payed it all upfront it would have been the cheapest price, monthly was in between and then per session was the highest price ($25 per session). It was a lot of money to consider so I wanted to take a day or so to think about it. I said this but they continued as if I had agreed to go through with the whole plan and that I could decide how to pay next time. I then got what I thought was a trial run of the treatment that consisted of a 5 mins massage and then another 5 mins laying on a massage table machine. Afterwards I tried relaying that I wasn't sure about the treatment and that I wanted time to think about it, but the respond I kept getting was "you can decide that next time you're in on how to pay." I was running late for work so I kind of gave up and left. I called back a couple days later and told them I wasn't going to go through with it and the receptionist put the owner on to try and talk me out. He tried to guilt/pressure me but it didn't matter, it was out of my budget. The next week I get a call from the office saying I owe them $25 for the first session that I wasn't even aware of that they charged for. At no point did anybody mention that my 10 min session after going in to look at my x-rays would be charged. They said it was explained to me, I said it wasn't...he said she said. I have no clue if the treatment works, maybe it does but just be aware of the hidden charges and pushy sales tactics of this place.
