I went for hipflexor and hand issues (I'm a 24yo powerlifter) and they did a great job at holistically assessing my injuries and continually updating my exercises each time I went (once a week). I also really liked how all of the PTs were very active people themselves because it fostered a very positive environment where they would push me on my exercises. I highly recommend!

I had so much difficulty trying to pay my bill, the office tracking my payments, no posting them on my statement but definitely posting them with my bank. I have never had so much trouble trying to my bill and receive an accurate statement. I called the office number, called the corporate number to get my issue resolved but kept getting sent to the call center located in the Philippines. I still have not been able to straighten out my account, both my accounts. While one was sent to collections, they still accepted my payment for that account, and when i tried to speak to a supervisor or account representative, I was sent to the call center, again. This is now a legal matter, unfortunately, I had to go that route to get an accurate accounting of monies paid and monies owed, and the fact they accepted payment for an account they no longer had with them. I could not be more disappointed, tarnished my whole experience

However, I'm disappointed that the staff here did not listen to my concerns during my visit. I came in with a terrible sore throat and fever which had been going on since the day before. I popped into Urgent Care on Saturday in the hopes of getting prescribed antibiotics - if my primary physician were open, I would've just gone to her but it was the weekend. I knew I must have tonsillitis. I've had it 2-3 times in the past and when you know, you just know. I was seen immediately and ushered into a room by the same person who checked me in. Then he ushered me into another room. He asked me to take my mask off and had three swabs in hand. Thinking he was taking a strep test, I opened my mouth. Nope, Covid test and he put it up my nose. Would've been nice to have some warning or been told what was happening. He took another swap up my nose and then another in my throat. He said someone would be in soon. 30 minutes later another person comes in the room. Was she a nurse, a doctor? I'm not sure, she never introduced herself. She said all my tests came back negative and I asked what tests? Since I was never informed. So I don't have strep, the flu or Covid. I tell her I'm certain it's tonsillitis because I've had it before and I can see from looking at my throat that that's what it is. This person barely looked at my throat (didn't even use a tongue depressor to get a good look) and didn't even touch the lymph nodes on my neck to check for swelling. Didn't even touch my neck at all. She also told me my body aches aren't consistent with tonsillitis. Wrong, my lymph nodes were swollen and causing aches which is a common symptom of tonsillitis. She also told me they don't prescribe antibiotics for tonsillitis. Also wrong, I've been prescribed antibiotics for all the cases of tonsillitis I've had in the past. This is necessary for tonsillitis brought on by a bacterial infection. My condition continued to worsen the following days - unable to eat, drink, swallow, sleep (due to reduced air flow), turn my head, and even talk. I finally saw my ENT that Tuesday and he took one look at my throat and felt my lymph nodes and said yep, this is tonsillitis and prescribed me antibiotics and steroids since the swelling was so bad. He was shocked when I told him the urgent care didn't prescribe me anything or even do any blood tests. Safe to say I will not be returning to this urgent care anytime in the future. They lack communication and listening skills and it's actually very concerning.

For those that know me, know that i lead a very active lifestyle cause balance. I have always been…read morean active individual from the jump. With that i developed severe debilitating back pain when i was 18, fast forward to now and the back pain has/had gotten progressively worse, tried everything believe me. I was so desperate for some relief decided to give PT another try and key stick with it. Everyone is masked up during the sessions and all the therapists i have had, have been god sent. They take their time to curate a regiment for the patient, i have been to a bunch of sessions, i also translate exercises when i am away and i cant begin to tell you the marked improvement i have had over the past couple of weeks. I am truly appreciative of all the PT's and staff that have made this possible. Now, i can get back to doing what i always have loved to do stay active without pain. Please check them out for sure. They did not send with record request sent over earlier, same day. As soon as the phone was picked up the reception sighed loudly as if it was bother to answer the phone. She would not let me ask my question just kept saying patient needed to call records department. Patient has already signed a medical release, already called office for them to be able to send us the information. She would not look for anything, she was just trying to get back to her nap, phone, food or whatever I disrupted her from. She told me I had to talk to medical records, I was trying to explain I called them first and no info was uploaded to them. The lady that answered at medical records was actually even less professional. Asked me for the DOB 8 times and name(common name) 5 times with spelling. Acted annoyed I called, completely out of breath, could not get me off the phone fast enough. Referred me to office, and was met with same brush off, annoyance. Said patient had to call and request and it would take another 7-10 business days. Don't know anything about the Drs, but the front staff representing the Drs needs a refresher course in phone etiquette or a job with no interaction with others.
