I have never, in my entire life, had as terrible an experience as I did at Dr. Parker's office. My visit for three cavity fillings began when Dr. Parker went to numb me up. When I told him I have a tolerance for dental anesthetics and generally need a bit more than most people, I was told it was psychosomatic. That was my first red flag...even if pain is only in one's head (and my dentist back home has told me I have this tolerance, it's not a new thing, it's been true since childhood), isn't the point to make the patient feel comfortable? He then proceeded to do one of the shots directly into a nerve in my cheek. (If you've never had this happen, the pain is BLINDING. I actually screamed.) When I had trouble opening my mouth (because he shot numbing agent DIRECTLY INTO A NERVE), instead of helping me gently ease it open, Dr. Parker stuck two fingers in my mouth and literally yanked. The fillings themselves turned out very good, and I've had no problems with them in the two months since they were done, but I was in misery the entire time, CLEARLY in pain and discomfort, and Dr. Parker never stopped, never once asked if I was okay, never bothered to add more anesthetic. Not once, in an hour of work. He clearly has no patience for patients themselves and doesn't care about anything except getting through his work. He also spent a good chunk of this visit belittling the female hygienist assisting him, and even took a break at one point in the middle of my work to go do an eval of another patient. The sheer unprofessionalism would have been enough to turn me off all by itself, even without the horrific way he did the work. I went home after that visit and sobbed. This has never happened to me before. I was supposed to go back after an upcoming root canal to have a crown done, and the thought gave me literal nightmares until I decided to find a new dentist instead. If you have a pain tolerance and don't care about bedside manner, Dr. Parker knows what he's about and is good at the actual dental side of things. If you have any anxiety about dentistry whatsoever, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The results and attention to detail were impressive. Angelica and the entire office staff, including the manager, were incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. The office is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, which really adds confidence to the level of care they provide. There's plenty of convenient parking, and most importantly, they genuinely respect your time--appointments are efficient and well-organized. Highly recommend this practice if you're looking for top-tier dental care with a knowledgeable and courteous team. Ed Lampl

Horrible experience. I was a patient for over a decade with regular cleanings, checkups, crowns,…read moreand fillings. Severe decay was missed under two newer crowns, which ultimately led to both teeth needing extraction. When I asked how this could happen despite routine visits, Dr. TJ refused to answer my questions. I was quickly ushered out, referred to an oral surgeon, and later sent a dismissal letter. My oral surgeon was also unable to reach Dr. TJ for information needed for the surgery, even though they were the referring dentist and still my active dentist for 30 days. It's extremely disheartening that doctors can charge such significant amounts of money while providing what feels like inadequate care and accountability.

Genuinely, I do believe he means well and just is having fun making what jokes he wants to make. I get that. His office is pretty damn cool to look at, it's just that he may make you wildly uncomfortable with his "bedside manner." I had a filling needing replacing, and he did it but I feel like now it forever hurts when I chew something with resistance. It hurts in a nerve-pain way because it would appear he drilled too deep. I am finding a different dentist because I am tired of the raunchy jokes about "dRilLiNg me -- har har har" while I am in his chair. Hopefully, my new dentist will be able to help me.

While cleaning me he was talking crap about me under his breath "6 months since cleaning, more like two years" etc. My mouth was very torn up after just a basic cleaning. He also told me "you have a bunch of stupid little cavities" and scheduled me for fillings, even though he never took x-rays. I've since been to another dentist that confirmed I don't even have cavities. What the heck?! If you want someone to be dismissive, rush through the process, and not actually take the time to determine the problem, this is your guy!

I have gum disease so I have to go to the dentist for periodontal maintenance every 3 months. Dina,…read morethe hygienist I always see, is awesome. She is thorough and professional. Her good work has helped me halt the progress of the disease and restore my gums to health. She explained my issues and treatments so well. It feels good to finally understand what is going on after previous dentists and hygienists have not provided such clarity. Plus she's really friendly. 5 stars for Dina! I've been in more "modern"-feeling dentist offices, but it is clean and nice enough. Short wait times in the waiting room, although I've waited up to 20 minutes for the dentist to come do my final check after a cleaning. My encounters with the actual dentists have been almost startlingly brief. Friendly staff at reception, no problems with billing.

But when I got to the office, without informing me the change of the dentist, I met Dr. D very first time. To make a long story short, it took a little over 6 weeks to get just one permanant crown which I am not satisfied with. Scheduling took very long and had to go back and forth for a broken temporary crown fix (broken twice exactly the same way, cut right in the middle- very shallow). The dentist had a bad, quick, uncontrollable temper which is harmful for someone who treats patients. My one question to her made her upset: why did she make me bite down on the stick really hard when she knew there was a crack in my tooth that was getting a crown over it. That made her upset and while she was working to taking out some portions of tooth in order to make a crown, I was terrified with her anger. It's a horrible feeling!! I am now left with a sensitive upper tooth after getting the new crown due to grinding the upper tooth mostly in order not to touch the new crown. The staff at the front desk are not very communicatable either. I had an earlier bill which hasn't been covered by insurance even though it should have. I requested to explained the reason, but it took long because they kept sending me the same bill. I called them several times, but no one explained to me the reason. I finally had to call my insurance and figure out why it wasn't covered and I had to tell them. I lost many hours dealing with this facility and would not recommend this dental facility.

Well, my post was put in crooked. So, we had been monitoring it for a while to see if it would perforate. My gums have never healed since this work was done back in Pittsburgh. Finally, it got the point where my current dentist recommended i get a check with a periodontist. At that appointment, he told me that the crooked post had perforated. There was no saving it. I would need an extraction and new implant. This should have been a simple root canal and crown due to a tooth that suffered trauma (it was impacted as a child and pulled to it's correct position with braces. It was not a tooth lost to dental neglect. In fact, I have excellent dental health other than this one tooth). It turned into 6 appts to root canal, two crowns, and an eventual extraction/implant. After this implant is done, I will have spent over $11k on this tooth and a decade trying to care for it. I am fine with the initial cost (root canal + crown), but the subsequent cost is due to poor dental work. A crooked post and oversized crown.

This man should not be at the service of any patient, he is incompetent an dehumanizes his patients
