I'd recommend to anyone!! I only had two cleanings and one filling replaced before they stopped accepting my insurance. :-( Which is the ONLY reason I stopped going. Unless you've gone to school for dentistry, you really just have to trust that who you're seeing knows what they're doing. You have to ask yourself, "do I really need this procedure to be done, or is the office after some extra income". Not here!! When they said that I needed to have a filling replaced, DeBonis added a level of verification on why it needed to be replaced that I hadn't seen in other dentist offices. I could see why my own eyes the reason why. Sad to leave this practice. If they accept your insurance, you should give them a call!

She went over all my X-rays and treatment plan with me and made sure to answer any questions. I have a little bit of dental anxiety, but she immediately put me at ease. Her assistant Amy took my X-rays and did my cleaning. Both ladies made sure I was comfortable and kept checking in with me throughout the process. My front tooth had a stain on it and she spent extra time polishing that up for me before the cleaning. The office is located in a "home" type building, so lookout for the big white sign out front. Plenty of on street parking when I went. The waiting room has a Keurig and plenty of kcups to choose from. They offer specialty zoom whitening treatments that I'm definitely considering. The dentist, Dr Kostelenik, was impatient and rude and was sweating the whole time she worked on me. She actually threw dental tools on the ground instead of asking an assistant to throw them in the trash. When I called to complain of the pain in my tooth after the procedure they told me it was normal and to wait a week. I explained that this pain was intense and out of the ordinary. Still told to wait. I waited a week then my tooth became infected and the pain was in the entire right side of my head. When I finally made it back in for an appointment I asked the simple question of how this happened and the doctor became very defensive stating that maybe I should have someone else do the procedure and they'll refund my money. I left with my nerve still exposed and in pain. I had to wait another week before a dentist appointment with someone else. They never refunded my money either. I even called the owner of the office and told her assistant about the issue and they never even bothered to call me back. In my 43 years of going to dentists this was by far the most horrible experience I've ever had.

The next morning I received a call that they could see Matt the same day! They did his exam and X-rays, and, although they couldn't fix his problem, they helped him on his way to a specialist, and they did fix his problem, all in one day! Twice now in emergency situations for two different children she has stopped her life to meet us at her office and taken care of broken teeth for my boys.
