I've had my ups and downs in office, but overall when I look at it all, this is the office for me. They do sometimes not explain billing super well. But they have payment options which is nice, and their one of the few offices that works with government insurance. There was one cruel tech, but they fired her pretty fast it seemed because she was in multiple complaints for her cruel behavior. Which made me respect the office immensely. It showed they understand the struggles people go through that lead to teeth issues. They could've probably easily told me dentures, but they didn't. They took their time fixing each tooth, they were always kind throughout, and I am so thankful for all they do and have done. I've noticed some even now with use a numbing gel and then the numbing agent which is nice. I have a high pain tolerance but still, a little less pain in this world ain't so bad! I definitely have had moments when my disorder has acted up there, but they kinda seem understanding of it. They'll give me a second when I'm anxious. They let me pause. They fight insurance for coverage. Now I'm finally making more and will be moving insurance, and be able to afford treatments outside what the government allows, which makes me even more grateful because i know they know what they're doing. This place made me not afraid of the dentist anymore! Yay!

I left being aggressive, I have never been treated so condescendingly over such a simple thing in my life. Clearly we will not be going back to Monda. And for the woman at the desk next time maybe treat someone easier and they will respond better to you. You lack common respect and what they consider bedside manner in a medical profession.

The dentist, Dr Kostelenik, was impatient and rude and was sweating the whole time she worked on me. She actually threw dental tools on the ground instead of asking an assistant to throw them in the trash. When I called to complain of the pain in my tooth after the procedure they told me it was normal and to wait a week. I explained that this pain was intense and out of the ordinary. Still told to wait. I waited a week then my tooth became infected and the pain was in the entire right side of my head. When I finally made it back in for an appointment I asked the simple question of how this happened and the doctor became very defensive stating that maybe I should have someone else do the procedure and they'll refund my money. I left with my nerve still exposed and in pain. I had to wait another week before a dentist appointment with someone else. They never refunded my money either. I even called the owner of the office and told her assistant about the issue and they never even bothered to call me back. In my 43 years of going to dentists this was by far the most horrible experience I've ever had.

She went over all my X-rays and treatment plan with me and made sure to answer any questions. I have a little bit of dental anxiety, but she immediately put me at ease. Her assistant Amy took my X-rays and did my cleaning. Both ladies made sure I was comfortable and kept checking in with me throughout the process. My front tooth had a stain on it and she spent extra time polishing that up for me before the cleaning. The office is located in a "home" type building, so lookout for the big white sign out front. Plenty of on street parking when I went. The waiting room has a Keurig and plenty of kcups to choose from. They offer specialty zoom whitening treatments that I'm definitely considering. All the ladies in the office were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Passineau and her awesome team!

She is super sweet and happy. Very gentle and tells you exactly what is going on. She spends time with each of her patients and really gets to know you. It is in a neighborhood, just an FYI there is on street parking!

My visit here was to learn more about their physical therapy program because they specifically deal with oncology patients. Since this is part of Allegheny health network, mask protocols are in place and photography is prohibited. For a number of weeks I've been dealing with increased cold sensitivity in my fingers making it nearly impossible to do my everyday chores. The waiting room is extremely small and is located on the third floor of the building. I had a consultation with a Dr. Andrew, He talked about the causes of peripheral neuropathy and started off with electrical stimulation for my finger tips. He then gave me a few easy exercises to try on my own at home and gave me a printout of those exercises. Finally he recommended I try this arthritis cream called capsaicin to help my fingers. I was very pleased with my visit and am looking forward to working with him in the future. Note there is bad internet reception as I have found with all my visits to any of the Allegheny Health network locations and their WiFi is terrible. You are lucky if you can get a phone call or text message out. Parking is plentiful since there aren't a whole lot of medical offices here but still it does offer some features that would make it worthwhile to come here. The only other problem is the ongoing construction on the McKees Rocks bridge which adds to the drive time depending upon where you are coming from. Located in lower Bellevue a few streets down from their business district.
