They do not offer a full menu every day, they only have what's listed on their white board which was disappointing. Everything was good but everyone in our party agreed that it was very salty. You can't come back from oversalting something in my opinion.

Probably my favorite lunch plate stop in Alexandria. Banger after banger, there are no bad options…read more My favorite was the crawfish pasta during happy hour lunch for $12. Stupid good deal and with the little croissant, just delicious. Only downside is that it's huge and put me to sleep at work. Next favorite meal was the broccoli with the crawfish and cream pasta sauce over it. You get all of the flavor without the risk of food coma. To be honest, the food coma is only an issue if you have to return to work and be highly functional. Otherwise, go for it. The chocolate cake is also very much on point with it moistness and delicious chocolate frosting. I could rotate through the menu and hit this spot multiple times per week.

Seasoned just right to my taste and freshly prepared. The menu featured other tasty items but the best thing I ate from this food truck was the turkey leg. It was seasoned well and so tender I couldn't hold it in my hand like a traditional turkey leg. I literally pulled the bone out and the meat fell off into the foil paper it was wrapped in. Overall this is a great place to visit but more over buy something good to eat from. This is a one of a kind food truck with one of a kind taste.
