Upon mentioning it the waitress didn't look bothered, and simply asked if she should bring me aubergine on the side. I chose to keep the one I've already gotten, only to find that it's bland and watery. Overall, not a great experience.

I think I had in my mind that the gyro would be life the American style, sliced off that big hunk of rotating meat on a spit, while this was actual lamb.
