After several attempts he eventually offered a voucher, but only if we sign an agreement not to take it further. We don't want his voucher, we would never go there again.

They also didn't clear any dishes until the end of the meal. My impression was that they were just understaffed on a busy weekend night. We worked our way through a lot of the menu. The labneh was only good, which was surprising because my wife loves labneh. The kibbeh had too much bread around it and I wound up pulling out the meat only and eating it. The peri peri chicken was excellent across the board. The beef sausage was amazing and the standout hit of the night. The grilled halloumi was good in that it's always delicious and this was a good example.
