Stopped for lunch at the Pita Delight Grill. The food is fresh and delicious, the staff were welcoming and efficient, and the restaurant was clean and beautifully decorated. There's street parking and also a big lot in the back. This place is definitely worth a return trip. read more

Really great people and their food is amazing. We order from them almost every week. Thanks

Wonderful store front in Tecumseh with great food and old world charm. The shawarma and gyro sandwiches were delicious. Hummus and pita bread were also tasty. Staff is friendly and the portion size is very generous. We highly recommend this place. read more

Absolutely thrilled to have a Mediterranean joint in town!!! This is the kind of place where you order at the counter and then grab a seat. The place has a deli joint kind of vibe to it. The food comes out pretty quick. When it's busy it can be a little challenging to find a table. We have literally tried everything and it is all delish. Just to note- the Fattoush comes on lettuce. I prefer the kind made without lettuce, so want to be sure to mention it (it is still very good if that's how you prefer it). The star of the show though- the hummus!!! We literally get a container of it (sometimes 2) every week to have at home. This is also a great place to feed a crowd. We had 15 people show up unexpectedly and I was able to pop in and get several of their large platters and the food was a hit!!! read more

This is a great, family-run establishment in Tecumseh, MI. They are not pretentious at all and have amiable staff/owners. The food is quite good, and the prices are very reasonable. Portions are filling, and although the menu is limited to the basic choices, everyone will find something to enjoy. My favorite is the beef kabob - both wrap and plate. The meat is of excellent quality, and the preparation gives you a great-tasting dish. NOTE: The desserts are EXCELLENT, and the variety is wide. Located on the main street, there is street parking, and parking is located in the rear. I have been here several times and find no reason NOT to go back!! read more

Loved the variety on the menu. Some were different then i was used to so was nice to know i could try something new. Side salad was good and well portioned. Cauliflower was delish. Grape leaves were good but were better the next day. Potatoes as always were very well seasoned. Hummus with everything would prefer to have less grainy texture but was still good. Gyro meat was not bland and not overpowering. The sojouk kabob was a little too salty for me. Ordered baklava and wasnt put in bag. Forgot to get it on way out. But when i called they offered for me to stop in a get it. Very good service overall. Friendly. Owners on site. Nice dining experience. read more

We have tried this place on three other occasions. And I've been hesitant to write a review bc for some reason everyone in town loves their food and I did not want to come as a negative Nancy. First of all the prices are up there you can easily spend $45-50 on 2 people, and they are serving you on styrofoam (which makes me Leary when hot food is served on this. You also have to order and get your own food at counter no servers. I can honestly say I did not feel or taste the authentic flavor. The pita bread was too tuff and cold to bite and enjoy, I feel that the pitta bread should be warm and a soft texture when bitting into it. The chicken was ok but I have a hard time understanding the pricing for what I got. The cashier was friendly and the chairs and tables are well built. Restaurant looked clean and well kept. Their deserts looked good but now I'm not sure if I should try them or not. It is the ONLY restaurant that offers this type of food but I think it's worth driving 30 minutes to Ann Arbor and paying the same for a better experience, but I do give them kudos for bringing in the experience to the town of Tecumseh. Maybe I'll give them a 4th chance. Definitely come try it for yourself and be your own judge. Just sharing my own personal experience. It is located in Down Town Tecumseh next to The Dog House and The Antique Shop. read more

Food is fresh and tastes good. I recommend everything they offer. My favorites are pea soup and beef kabab sandwich!

This place is AWESOME! Very nice staff. A lot of really good food for a reasonable price. Highly recommend this place to EVERYONE!!

This started out as a very successful food truck and morphed into a new restaurant. I've heard nothing but great things from others n my town and have been wanting to try it. I tried last week but they are closed on Wednesdays. I definitely was impressed by all of the items. I chose a chicken schwarma wrap for myself and hummus and Greek salad for tomorrow. My two kids picked a gyro wrap and a Philly cheese steak wrap. We were all very happy with our choices. I love their thick pita bread that holds up to the fillings inside. I have been a fan of Mediterranean food for awhile and it's great to have Ali the owner and his wonderful restaurant here in Tecumseh. I will definitely be returning. read more

What a great addition to the downtown area! Arrived on a Sunday afternoon and the place was hustling. What a great sign. Lots to choose from! Staff was super nice and food was quick. My chicken shawarma was one of the best I've had especially in the lenawee area! Very flavorful! Can't wait to come back and try more. The dining area was clean and trendy. 5-6 sears for 4 people and a few seats for 2 people. This is a must stop. I will be back for more read more

This place is fairly new, but it seems to always be hustling and bustling when we come here. The food is delicious, I like the gyro meat, and the rice is so soft and buttery. The restaurant itself has a nice casual dining room, always clean an orderly. The service has been good, staff is friendly even if they are swamped with orders. Overall, give it a try for dine-in or pick-up. read more

What a delightful surprise. We had the Chicken Schwarma and Turkish Kabobs entree. It was delicious and cooked to perfection. The restaurant feels very warm and welcoming. Love love LOVE this place! Great chicken swarma, amazing fattoush salad, and when you order hummus- they give you a generous helping which is why I'll ALWAYS come back here and bring my whole family here. They do not skimp on the portions like every other restaurant out here now. You will be very happy to get what you pay for here read more

Not t what's expect from an authentic middle eastern restaurant. Terrible schwarma. Fatoush was too vinegary and chunky. If you're hungry on a Sunday it will do but my suggestion is to drive the 30 extra minutes to Ann Arbor. The dining area is nice. read more

First time on a recommendation. They were SO right. Delicious chicken shawarma - especially if you love garlic. Portion ended up being lunch and dinner. Was there around 11:30, and they were doing a steady business. Staff very friendly. Will return for hummus, gyro (my personal benchmark) and dessert now based on the reviews I just read. read more

Great food, friendly staff. Quick service. 1st time here and they did not disappoint.

To the owner if you actually cook the gyro meat it will have texture. Still no flavor but more texture nice people though

The food not fantastic and very pricey and I got food poisoning. The service was not great either

The gyro is so amazing I was gonna eat at someplace next door to this place but they were closed so I ended up in her and wow I'm grateful I did read more

Love their Greek salad with house dressing. They didn't over do the amount of dressing and there were so many Kalamata olives and plenty of feta. The white garlic sauce is delicious and I could eat it all day. I was so happy with the variety of desserts that I didn't even know I needed. I had the chocolate covered brownie and it was delicious. Shared between 3 people easily. The staff was very friendly answering all of my questions about the desserts. I took everything to go so I can't vouch for ambiance. read more
