I called Cody Britt after reading some posts on Nextdoor. He came the same day and went out of his way to provide comprehensive service: he sprayed areas inside and outside the house, put powder down, filled holes, set traps, cleaned broken debris off the porch where I was bitten and dropped a potted plant (which I was terrified to return to), checked my chimneys for possible entry points and answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently. He was generous, kind and professional with his attention to detail. Best of all, he proposed an ongoing plan for treatments during the year to prevent future wasp "takeovers." Phew - I can't tell you how relieved I am! You can reach Cody at 828-787-7378 .

He also came out separately to handle an ant infestation in my wall, and at no charge because I was paying for quarterly service. I later had a Yellowjacket nest being built on a fence near a door on my home, and he came out the next morning after being contacted at night. Yellowjacket removal fee was $65, but totally worth it due to their aggressive nature and difficulty to remove. Long story short, I highly recommend Cody and Patriot Environmental!

They consistently offer stellar customer service, are timely and professional, and their treatments work! The most recent time he was here he even offered suggestions for chemical-free/more natural DIY pest deterrents because he knows that is important to me. I don't know from personal experience how their fees compare with other pest control businesses in the area but I'm always very satisfied with my experience with them and trust they are going to help me address problems and not try to sell me on something I don't need. Highly recommend.

The person on the phone agreed to cancel but of course, saved my credit card information and charged me anyway. Buyer beware, ask for written proof of anything said over the phone. This company is shady and will not honor what they agree to by phone! On top of that, the first worker that came out seemed professional. But the worker on the follow-up visit was extremely unprofessional, trashed my home, left trash in the street and permanently stained the sidewalk outside my home with orange foam. After trimming the tree back to prevent pests from entering the home via branches, he left the branches completely covering the downstairs apartment entrance. AND the cuts were not clean and left the tree vulnerable to disease. I had to hire someone to come clean up his mess and fix the cuts. They should not offer a service they are incompetent at completing. Overall I am very disappointed with Catchy Pest Solutions. With so many better alternatives in the area, I would never recommend them.

Wow!!! What a TERRIBLE experience :(…read more Orkin didn't show up for their first two appointments when I signed up for monthly spraying of my half dozen vacation rentals. After finally showing up they come once in April and once in May....then NOTHING. They do not come at all in June. Finally on July 13th I call to cancel services and explain how they never show up (and also that our bug issue wasn't resolved anyway) and the agent tells me that I am signed up for services every 2 months and not every month! What!? Why would I do that- totally inaffective. So she says she has cancelled the account and all is good. So TODAY is SATURDAY July 24th- I wake up at 8:15 am to see an email saying that Orkin came to my vacation rental property at 7AM!!! Guests have windows without curtains and even when we had service with them they were told they could only come week days between 10am and 4pm!!! Now I'm getting calls from very angry people that they woke up to a creeper outside of their windows at 7am. Orkin is the absolute WORST! Currently spending another hour of my life on the phone with them to try YET AGAIN to cancel services with them. I was just given apologies (which are worth nothing) and reassured that now it definitely is cancelled. DO NOT HIRE ORKIN. BUNCH OF CLOWNS
