I was afraid he'd get stung, but he wasn't; so he walked a stone wall "tightrope"where he successfully located the nest and swarming bees at the end. The location prohibited use of Noble's chemicals being right on top of the lake. The person on the phone agreed to cancel but of course, saved my credit card information and charged me anyway. Buyer beware, ask for written proof of anything said over the phone. This company is shady and will not honor what they agree to by phone! On top of that, the first worker that came out seemed professional. But the worker on the follow-up visit was extremely unprofessional, trashed my home, left trash in the street and permanently stained the sidewalk outside my home with orange foam. After trimming the tree back to prevent pests from entering the home via branches, he left the branches completely covering the downstairs apartment entrance. AND the cuts were not clean and left the tree vulnerable to disease. I had to hire someone to come clean up his mess and fix the cuts. They should not offer a service they are incompetent at completing. Overall I am very disappointed with Catchy Pest Solutions. With so many better alternatives in the area, I would never recommend them.
