I completed the link and when I arrived the time was 9:50am and I asked the front desk personnel how much would my cleaning be and informed her I didn't have insurance. She went to ask the office manager Kim, and returned and told me it would be $79. I was called to the back by a hygienist and she told me she had to take x rays and then proceeded to probe my gums and she showed me my x rays and we talked about some tarter build up and she informed me that I would need a deep cleaning. Which I wasn't shocked because I've had deep cleanings in the past. She then called Dr. White in and he looked over my x rays and did a probe of his own and agreed with a deep cleaning. Side bar: The hygienist was very thorough and detailed. No complaints with her at all. My problem arose after she told me I could have a seat in the front and wait on the office manager to book my follow up appointment. I asked her if I wasn't getting a cleaning today and she responded and told me no that I would require more time. I was confused but wanted to speak with the front office to see what my options were being that I scheduled and paid for a cleaning. I go back to the front and wait for about 25minutes and was called to the back. The office manager informed me that I wasn't getting a cleaning today and that I only paid for a comprehensive exam which initially is $360 but they were running a $79 special. I then asked her why wasn't I informed of this prior to paying for my "cleaning" and was told it must was a communication mishap. Then I went on to ask her how much will my deep cleaning be and she told me $1380. I am flabbergasted because I've never paid no more than $600 for a deep cleaning. At this point she became very condescending with her remarks. She didn't acknowledge the fact that I wasn't informed I was paying for a comprehensive exam and not a cleaning. I strongly feel that I should have been told upfront that I wasn't paying for a cleaning but for an exam. I've never scheduled a cleaning and left an office without some sort of cleaning. Even if they didn't have time for a deep cleaning, I honestly felt as though I should have been offered a basic cleaning or at least some floss or a toothbrush I feel scammed honestly. I'm willing to bet that I'm not the only person this has happened to. A better upfront clear communication strategy needs to be implemented with this establishment. I ended up being in the office for a total of 2 hours and left with a photo copy of my X-rays and no itemized receipt.

Also Doc Dteremont and his entire staff were all fully vaccinated very early on and adhered to all Covid protocols throughout. Everything else I've said previously still remains the same and I like these guys even more today . Now I am excited about my recent procedures that included extracted my two front teeth, lower and replacing with something called a Maryland bridge. What it comprises of are the two new teeth, of course, and a rigid backing that permanently affixes to several of the adjacent teeth. It's something I'd never heard of and it's cool because no partial plate or implants but rather a permanent solution without the cost of inconvenience of some sort of prosthetic or surgery. The process involved the teeth extraction and a period of healing. Then I came back for a brisk cleaning and they took a cast of my teeth. The last step was today when Doc cleaned everything up again and afffixed & glued the new teeth into place It's very comfortable, almost not noticeable and I can smile and eat corn on the corn again without leaving a weird row of corn around said cob LOL The entire process cost $2400 which is the price that insurance would have paid. That's a significant reduced price from their listed charges and I appreciate them working with me as my insurance does not cover this at all. Bottom line: Everyone here is just as friendly and professional as can be and I am so glad that I found them. Me & Doc also watched some New England Patriots draft highlights throughout today's event, so bonus :-)

Avoid at all cost…read more This dentist office is a complete disaster from start to finish. I had just returned home from an extended overseas deployment and only chose this office after verifying before and during my visit that everything would be fully covered by my insurance. The front desk staff were shockingly unprofessional and rude. The dentist was a nice older man but basically looked at my teeth and said "looks good"-- providing little to no value during the visit. They took almost a year to process my claim, wrongly told me I didn't have insurance coverage(I absolutely did), then called back to "apologize" and said I was right, before hitting me with another bill 10 months later. When I went in to resolve it in person, they were dismissive and disrespectful multiple times to myself and the very kind insurance rep who was trying to help them with the claim. No one should ever be treated like this. My insurance provider confirmed they had never even received a claim. This office seems to be stuck in the 70s but by far the worst part is the office staff. Incompetent, disorganized, and flat-out rude--truly one of the worst healthcare experiences I've ever had. Also, for context, I NEVER write negative reviews, I'm a very positive and optimistic person but felt compelled to share this experience to hopefully save someone else the wasted time and frustration this has caused. I think this is actually the first negative review I've ever left for any business. Save yourself a headache and avoid at all costs!

The "tooth" was attached to the implant and it fit perfectly, no adjustment needed.
