After keeping my mowers for three weeks and charging me around $700, nothing works after using them three times. They charged for all kinds of unnecessary work like blades, belts, and oil, which were not needed. The one-month warranty expired after only one or two uses. The very next day after picking up my Honda mower, the self-propelling feature stopped working. Mike told me they couldn't fix it and that I would have to take it to a Honda dealership. I'm out $700, and I will not be going back to these people. Do not use them; they are crooks.

Steve explained the procedure over the phone, that reassured me of his expertise. Steve said that it should take know more than 5 or 6 hours. I was still in disbelief since other mechanics said that job would be 15 hours of work and with a high cost. When Steve and Brianna arrived he showed me the new parts that would be used to do the repairs. I was amazed how Steve took apart the engine so fast and replace the water pump and timing chain. Steve knew where every nut , bolt and screw were to go back in the engine. My car is running great now. Steve and Brianna were very polite and humble people. I will definitely use there services again and recommend them to friends and family members. I told Steve after watching him work was like watching a surgeon. We finally called the manufacturer for the nearest service center since the mower was still under warranty who referred us to Collin. Collin came to our home and looked over the mower, researched what the issue could be and ordered that part that was missing from the mower. Communication with Collin was awesome! He fixed our issue and I happily can mow my lawn again! I highly recommend The Mobile Mower Mender!!!
