This is located in the lobby of the Condado Palm Hotel. There are 2 entrances. Don't make the same mistake we did by trying to access at street level. That door is locked. You'll need to enter through the hotel lobby. The service is very slow here. There was only one other person there. We ordered a box of 6 chocolates and payed for it. I'm guessing he was making a drink for the other guest because he asked us to wait a few minutes. It ended up being longer so he told his colleague (who just came back from a break) to make up the chocolate box for us. Unfortunately, it took even longer as this other guy was more interested in the 2 young girls who just walked in. The chocolate bonbons were good, but nothing unique. It's the same artisan chocolates that you see everywhere for the same high price. Perhaps this location is better for their specialty cocktails in the evening time. This spot is right on the corner of an intersection near the church & tour guide map in downtown Old San Juan. They've got a big chair with the country flag painted on it that all tourists stop to take a photo sitting in. They've also got all kinds of souvenirs, magnets, stickers, trinkets, even drink cousies where they'll give you a beer if you buy one. Stop in here and grab some things while in area.
