We got a few pastries and the cinnamon roll and quesitos. The quesitos weren't good maybe bc it was like 2 pm idk. The pasteries all kind of tasted the same. The pineapple stuffed one was ok but needed more pineapple. The best thing was the cinnamon roll but def had better pasteries elsewhere read more

The staff were so friendly and helpful, too. Everything was delicious. We had a breakfast sandwich, and the pan de agua was unreal--crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. I literally found myself thinking about it later in the day. The quesito was just as good, perfectly sweet and flaky. This place was soooooo good! The woman at the counter was very kind and helpful. She was patient as our kids can take a long time to decide what they want. When we pulled up, there was a line out the door, but it went very quickly. The place is small and no nonsense. It has some tables for people to sit out, some drink display cases, and a kitchen where we could see the food being prepared. We went for breakfast, which was delicious. I wish we had gone here sooner in our trip rather than toward the end. Their breakfast sandwich was like $3 and was made to order. They offer juice, sodas, coffee, sandwiches, breakfast plates, pastries, fresh baked bread to go, ham and cheese by pound and bags of chips. Everything you will need for a day on the beach. I love their sandwiches! Fresh baked bread with a large amount of meat and cheese, toasted flat. A must try. Also, the pastries are fresh and yummy! You might think I must be nuts giving a hole in the wall with no air conditioning in PR 5 stars but once you experience it...you will understand. We drove by this place numerous time in and out of the resort and it was busy everytime. We decided to stop in from other yelp reviews and we were happily rewarded with great sandwiches and baked goods. Our favorites sandwiches were the peril and ham, egg and cheese. You can get it toasted with butter or mayo. They use the old fashion sandwich presses so the sandwich is nice and hot and crispy. The other things we loves was the guava puffs and Mallorca bread..but you have to eat it right there or else the moisture will make the puff soggy and the powered sugar on the bread to melt.
