My friend and I were exploring the city of Wauwatosa and found this little artisan cheese shop and it was adorable! They have a lot of European products, but our cheese master was able to help us create a Best of Wisconsin charcuteria box for us. I really wished we didn't stuff ourselves with a very filling lunch otherwise we would have enjoyed our snacks there at their bar area. We decided to place our order and come back later in the afternoon to pick it up since we planned to walk around the city for a bit. We returned at 430pm to pick up our board and our cheesemaster was the absolute sweetest. She wrote everything down so we knew what cheese we were trying and it came with some nuts and other accoutrements.
