We decided to place our order and come back later in the afternoon to pick it up since we planned to walk around the city for a bit. We returned at 430pm to pick up our board and our cheesemaster was the absolute sweetest. She wrote everything down so we knew what cheese we were trying and it came with some nuts and other accoutrements.
