I pre-paid for Christmas packages to be wrapped but they failed to make note of it. Paid again to get my packages. Had to go home, find the receipt, and bring it back to get a refund. Had I not kept the receipt, their ineptitude would have cost me double. Plus, the price for gift wrapping is now through the roof. OH! And there is a flat $2 fee to run a debit card. That's outrageous. The previous owners built relationships and treated people fairly. They had integrity and knew how to manage their business.
