It was the equivalent of a small vial pool chemical test. Which is fine. But it's a drop of this. A drop of that. It did not seem like the most scientific water evaluation. All that said, Steve was friendly, seemed honest enough and his pricing was moderately more competitive. We were not interested in a system that requires salt. This company provides a solution that's straight forward, low / no maintenance (it flushes itself) and will last a good amount of time hopefully. We moved forward with Steve. His son Dalton did the installation a week later. All went well with the installation. So far we have not used the system a great deal but we are encouraged by what we have noticed so far. Based on the up front experiences and process so far we would recommend this company to others for consideration. All said

Bill initially came out to do the water test on our water besides going over in detail about Rainsoft. We appreciated his detail & sales pitch. They in fact came out the next day to install our water filtration system in our garage & reverse osmosis underneath our Kitchen sink. It only took them three hours although one guy had to return an hour later bc a hose was left hanging. I spoke with the boss' wife Kelly who made sure all of our concerns were taken care of. I also conversed with Alexandria too who was very helpful & quite knowledgeable. Plus the day after our install Laddie one of their service techs came out to our home to explain the computer part of the system. So far my wife feels the difference on her skin as it's not super super dry as well as laundered items were very soft. She's very happy we finally got this done bc it was close to a year she had been waiting for it! Yay she says. Also they included an air filter too. Almost forgot about that! Initially price seemed high but bc we paid cash up front they reduced the price plus we also received the air filter machine as well. My wife was thrilled & very happy! Bc she's happy so am I!!! Prior giving the job to Sierra, I got a few estimates from other companies. Rob was very honest, and was the only one who gave me a very detailed estimate with a high-low figure depending on what they could find while digging the trench. He also was very knowledgeable, and explained exactly how he was planning to do the job. Rob and Erin sent us pictures and informed us about the progress of the job. After checking the results, I was very impressed with the craftsmanship and attention of detail. They left the work site in a perfect condition, which is amazing given the large trench they dug for the gas line. The installation of the waterheaters is pretty neat; you can see the attention to detail on the smooth soldering of the junctions, or the routing of the exhaust. I am extremely satisfied with Sierra Plumbing, and there is not doubt in my mind that I will call them for any future plumbing jobs.

Al explained everything in detail prior to installation and left no questions unanswered. We wound up getting a prefilter and two softener units that require no electricity and provide a constant supply of soft water to my house. When one regenerates, the other one goes on line automatically. With a single unit, whenever it regenerates it is bypassed and your feeding hard water back into the house. On installation day, Chris Rubalcaba showed up on time and got right to work. He was very meticulous in his work and in the end, we had a well designed system with a very neat and orderly piping system. He installed the RO unit under the kitchen sink and ran a line to feed the refrigerator ice maker as well. When he was done, holes were patched and jobsite was cleaned up. We decided to use Potassium Chloride instead of Sodium Chloride, but we were told that if we wanted to switch to sodium in the future, it could be done. Their system was competitively priced, and for the price we paid, I feel we got a very good system and one that will last for a long time. I highly recommend AAA as well as the system that doesn't require electricity.
