I really wanted to enjoy this place. I came here because of all the great reviews, but had a less than stellar experience. As a new customer, I spent a couple hundred dollars here and tipped well, but have gotten bad service. After my last appointment, I had a ton of fall out on one eye the morning after my service. I reached out via instagram- they asked my name and never responded or even opened my message. I gave them a week leeway before posting this review. My appointment was one week ago exactly, and my lashes look horrible. NOT worth the $100 +tip per fill. Maybe I would've gotten better treatment if I was an IG model. My money definitely isn't respected or valued by this business. read more

Have had to get lashes redone more than once and now can feel the glue in my eyes. For $130 minus tip, that's RIDICULOUS. They try to make things right by touch up's, yet the lashes still look janky. It's embarrassing to be walking around with them on my face. There was more than once both eyes did not match and needed to get redone, costing more time, and then the glue can be felt bc they overdo it, as though that will fix the asymmetry. Don't plan on going here, I personally will never go back. I don't have the time to have them keep fixing their mistakes and the over glueing is terrible uncomfortable. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I had the worst experience here. I am an esthetician and was shocked at the lack of professionalism and skill. I scheduled an appointment and I thought that Martina (who had amazing reviews) was the one who is going to do the job, but when I got there my technician was Linda, who was nice but unprofessional (on the website they never showed me the technician options). I said in the beginning that this was my first time, and I wasn't sure what I wanted. I gave her and the front desk girl an idea based on friend recommendations, but I wasn't sure. I asked Linda again, what would she recommend and she showed me the notes that the front desk girl took and didn't consult me. Since this was my first time I was expecting to be showed me different models, sizes and recommendations based on what I was looking for but NOTHING!! Then, I realized that she (Linda) started to work on my eyelashes without cleaning them (remove sweat and dirty). The worse part was my eyelashes started to fall apart on the same night I got them. I asked some frineds if that was normal and the they said NO!! So, I complained to the company and sent them pictures about how many eyelashes I was losing and they wanted that Linda retouch them, but I didn't want her again obviously, so they recommended someone else since Martina wasn't available. Unfortunately, the new technician had some personal problems and canceled on me. It passed a week since then and my eyelashes look terrible. So, I asked them to returned my money back since they couldn't repair them on time and all I was offered was half refund and half off another fill. Why would I pay to fix the bad job they did. I hate to even write this review but for the price paid, a much better job and longevity should exist. Let's start off by saying that the basics here are not done. There is no pre-discussion about style you want, lengths, etc. I was asked if I had a picture in mind, shown one quickly (already laying down), and then the process started. There was no eyelash bath like other places, no discussion of curve/shape. Just go time. During the duration of the experience hip hop and reggaetón was played which I like but wasn't the most relaxing in my opinion. The ladies we're sweet but also chatty with each other which also wasn't relaxing. If those were the only issues I would still give the place 3/4 stars. The issues started when I opened my eyes and saw how incredibly bulky my eyelashes looked. The style perhaps works for some, but for a working professional (vs a video vixen) I looked absolutely nuts. I guess I'm not their target clientele. I was stunned when my lash line was covered with clumps rather than atleast some individual pieces as described under their description of hybrid extensions. I looked like a drag queen. I went home hoping that maybe it was lighting. When I got home 10 mins later, I already lost 6 or so eyelash clumps (pictured). I immediately texted my technician and she told me I could come back if I want to. I went back and she said nothing was wrong with my lashes and no pieces were falling out when she brushed. Low and behold, I leave for my bachelorette next day and the lashes were falling out by the boat load. I completely avoided water and oil based products for the first 72hrs, barely touched my eyelashes and yet everyday I woke up with a bed full of lashes (pictured). HOW EMBARRASSING for such a special moment in my life. Less than one week later each eye has 2-4 chunks of eyelashes left. I absolutely cannot recommend. PS this place uses a lot of fake reviews. Check out yelps "not recommend" section and see how many people with one review who are posting pictures. Disappointing. read more

I'm never the type to write reviews all the time even if the service was bad i try not to. Itll just to aware others i guess. Its been a month since i got my lashes done here and first and last. It was a last minute appointment for my birthday Vacation. I went in and waited a little nothing crazy, it was my turn i was prepped and all. Nothing was discussed how I wanted my lashes did etc. bed wasn't that comfortable either. Once my lash tech commented how naturally long my lashes were idk if it was a compliment or i should of took it as a " red flag" but we proceeded. Once we were done and she showed me the mirror i just knew something was off. First my lashes were stuck tog but she fixed that and i took a better look. Automatically my lashes looked so bulky and weird. The ends were so flaky but maybe cus i thought i haven't gotten my lashes done in so long i thought otherwise. Fast forward i started despising my lashes my right eyelashes were crooket. I contacted the owner to accommodate and fix it for free, that didn't work either since she kept switching up the time last minute and wouldn't take me in earlier since her business hours is at 10am and i was given that time in the first place. i deff didn't like that cus my vacation was coming up. So i said cancel it since how unprofessional that was. Ill just leave it as i will never return back to this business nor would I recommend to anyone hell no. read more

Very disappointed in lack of professionalism. I treated my girlfriend to eye lash extensions. They started to fall out that same night. We contacted them politely and even agreed to go back before our trip for them to make it right but they cancelled the appointment that they set for us. As a result they offered us a 50% refund and 50% off next refill. Really? You want us to pay to fix their mistake? I don't think so. We wanted a 100% refund since we were going on a long vacation and she needed to go somewhere before the trip. We would have loved to come back when it was time to refill and pay but I am very disappointed in how they treated this situation. I hope they do the right thing after reading this and offer a 100% refund. They lost a customer that would have been very loyal. read more

I found out about this business through my laser hair removal technician. I complimented on her eyelashes and she referred me to this business. I've never got my eyelashes done before so I was hesitant to get it done because I didn't want my natural eyelash to get damaged. I got my eyelashes done for the first time ever at this business with Alexia! I told her what I wanted, and made sure she knew that I work in corporate so I couldn't ask for a extreme volume extension. Of course I told her it was my first time. The appointment was only an hour and I loved my eyelashes. It made me more confident it was subtle and sexy. Alexia does a great job with soft volume Cateye! I went to Miami and celebrated my birthday with this sexy cateye look.
