A couple of great guys with a passion for whiskey. Great tasting whiskey; I really enjoyed the Jefferson gold. My husband really liked the highland style.

Covid rules are being followed at this business. We were greeted by a really friendly gal who…read moreshowed us all the products that are offered at Sundance. We started with a rum tasting and it was nice and smooth with out any harsh after taste, next we moved to the moonshine, we tried the strawberry moonshine and it was a superior spirit. The alcohol level was not so high that you could not enjoy it. We tried the whiskey next, they offer 3 makes of whiskey we tried the darker more aged whiskey with more oak smell and it was very good. We ended up buying a bottle of moonshine and a bottle of rum. The spirits here are outstanding and the folks who run the place are more than capable of explaining the distilling and aging process. This is a great place to visit once you have completed your day on the Rogue river or really anytime at all, highly recommended

They have a very vast selection with around 20 to 25 different varieties available with a little bit of something for everybody. I was able to get a personal tour of the distillery and learned a whole lot about barrels and the aging process. Large parking lot easy on and off 6th Street. I would definitely recommend stopping in. They also offer tasting which I recommend so you can try it before you buy it. Pictures of my personal collection and the poster. They do sell other merchandise besides alcohol and I picked up a really cool poster for the bar.

Stopped in for an after dinner drink. This small town distillery is super cool with an awesome…read moresteampunk atmosphere. Service was on point too, bartenders make an espresso martini that is life changing.

5 stars decor, vibe and music 4 stars for steam distillery…read moretasty drinks 3 stars for super slow service and 3 stars food from That One Place. Have been to Steam Distillery now on multiple occasions since they opened and continue to hope that service time will improve. The Lemongrass Collins is my absolute favorite cocktail on their menu, its just unfortunate that the service is extremely slow. There is typically only 1 or 2 employees handling the entire space and since the drinks are all crafted, between waiting to get your order taken and then waiting for the drinks to arrive, you're looking at 15 to 20 minutes. For the first time of these visits, we made reservations for the now reservation only Sunday menu. Reservation was at 4 and you had to place your order at the time of making your reservation days ahead. We didnt get our meals until 445. While the menu and presentation were amazing, the taste was not there. Lobster was very overcooked and lacked flavor in the seasoning, prime rib cut was impressive at 16oz but was cooked perfect and thankfully was served with some type of horseradish cream. The potatoes were stated as being a mashed potatoe type but we're not a mash in my opinion at all. It was a half super chunky scoop with the sour cream and butter kind of hidden in the middle.
