Stopped by for a drink and some lunch. It wasn't busy although several people came in while we were there. It was quiet and a bit cold inside so you may need a jacket. The staff are always nice and discuss the different options they have. I enjoy beer and cider so this is a great place to try both. We like to order a flight so we can try the great beers and ciders. This place is pretty cool. We got the pumpkin ales (1 nitro 1 regular) and those lived up to their name in my opinion as they did have hints of pumpkin! Smooth beer overall however it did taste a smidge flat going down! We went near the end of the day though. Dog friendly but only outside - service dogs inside only. They have propane heaters but if you're from southern CA like us we still would have preferred inside as it was toasty in there hah. Stopped in for a beer and an app. The bartender was very friendly and sweet. She directed us toward certain options that suited our palettes. I had a Red Ale finished in Syrah wine barrels. OMG. It was one of the best beers I've ever had! I can't even describe how amazing it was. My husband had a kiwi passion fruit cider and wowza! I don't drink cider, but one sip of this and I was contemplating ordering a glass. It was so refreshing and delicious! We got the roasted tots to snack on, and they were dynamite! Particularly with the vegan chipotle which had all the flavor and no smokiness. The dog-friendly patio is super cute and provided nice shade from the setting sun. read more

Really chill, under the radar brewery that is never as busy as it should be given the high overall quality. Nice food selection but locally brewed beers and ciders are on point. New beers every couple weeks and new ciders monthly. The atmosphere is super relaxed every time we visit and staff are both friendly and helpful/informative. Games provided, families welcome, easy private parking, and diverse comfy seating choices further seal the deal. read more

You should be at Gold Rush. Go this afternoon. These folks make very good beer. Their selection is decent (pale ale, IPA, cream ale, wheat, etc.). They also make very tasty ciders. Food is solid and a great accompaniment. Service is always top notch; staff is friendly and responsive. Spacious, relaxing, outdoor seating is available. And this place is immaculate; indoors, outdoors, the restrooms...always spotless. A lot of pubs could take housekeeping lessons from Gold Rush. Highly recommended. read more
