Honesty & integrity: he said "let me get the paint off to see how bad it is". He came back with a solution, rubbed the spot, and it wasn't a gouge at all. It was gone. I offered to pay him for the clean up (feeling a little silly to be honest) but he said no problem! If something really happens to the car I'll be back there for sure, and I recommend it for anything you need.

I honestly do not understand how this business has received so many positive reviews based on my personal experience. The high ratings make me question how accurately they reflect the customer service and quality of repairs. My vehicle still has the same noise issue that I originally reported, along with several other problems that were never properly addressed. I have tried contacting Liz multiple times, but she has not responded. What is especially frustrating is that communication seemed to stop after the insurance payment was received. I trusted this business to repair my vehicle professionally, but instead, I have been left with unresolved problems and no meaningful follow-up. I cannot speak for other customers or the authenticity of their reviews, but my experience has been completely different from what the high ratings suggest. I strongly encourage potential customers to be cautious, carefully inspect their vehicles after repairs, and make sure all issues are resolved before considering the job complete. I wish I could give zero stars. I would not recommend B&L Automotive based on my experience.

Damage was severe enough that the car had to be towed. Fortunately, no one was injured. Fast forward roughly four weeks and I reclaimed my car today. It was exactly what I expected: impeccably repaired with a paint job--thanks to master painter and WBS owner Danny Avalos, Jr.--that matched the original finish perfectly. While four weeks seemed overly long, my insurance company's adjustor and appraiser were responsible for most of the delay. Throughout the process, shop manager Eric Villa keep me apprised. Anyway I finally got it running but thr brakes where squealing and the brake pedal was going all the way to the floor. He told me for 4 new rotors, brakes, pads, ect would be around 2k. He said my abs system was fine and he would service and check it out for no charge. They were extremely busy but he still said he could have my car ready for me in a day and half. I told him take his time, just do it right. Anyway he called me later in the day and said since he had a little extra time at lunch he called around other supply houses and was able to get me a better deal on the parts if I was able to wait another half day! Where do u find mechanics like this ? They got you signed up at one price but somehow are not satisfied so they try to find you a better price !! Anyway I ended up saving another $500 just because Harry and his team went the extra mile for me. It's quite refreshing to find an honest mechanic shop. He made it very easy to reach him when it came to asking questions or when I had to pick up extra keys I had left by accident.
