The roof was inspected and filed Thursday morning (9/26) prior to the City closing down at noon. When they thought their dumpster company wouldn't be able to pick up prior to the storm; they came to ensure the dumpster was tied down and secured. My husband was incredibly impressed how they took the time to sure through every eyelet on the tarp. The dumpster company also ended up coming Thursday early to pick up the dumpster so it was gone before the winds started. The Wind Mitigator and Insulation team showed up on time Monday (9/30) after the storm. Sentinel Roofing has an amazing group of people working with them. Every single individual I dealt with was not only incredibly kind and customer service oriented but also responsive, and was great with communication. OCALA FLORIDA - We have two commercial buildings that Worthman roofing has put karnak coatings on…read more Unfortunately, there are leaks still after numerous attempts by Worthman to repair these leaks. We have multiple areas within the building that are damaged due to the leaks that could not be repaired in a timely manner. Worthman is claiming we owe money on the project, and we do still owe about $8,000 on a job that was in excess of $200,000. We have a policy of not giving final payment until the work is done - and with roofing, that means that the leaks are all completely repaired. Since the leaks are not repaired, we have not made final payment and they turned us into collections. We have disputed this with the collections agency. Elizabeth in the office has become very unprofessional and has decided that they will no longer stand behind their warranty that is repeatedly mentioned on their website. They have refused to fix the final leak in our second building even though they have "lifetime warranty" all over their website. It's really shameful that businesses act this way. Be careful who you hire to do your roof.
