This company reached out to me on Monday stating they were available to go take a look on Saturday morning. I checked with my tenant to make sure the day and time worked good for her as well, and since it did, I confirmed with the company. Then Saturday morning rolls around and my tenant says they hadn't showed up yet. I called, sent texts and got no response. As a result I had to look for another company last minute and now unfortunately my tenant has to wait another week for a different company to get out there. Very unprofessional!
