The bartenders were also great and the signature wedding cocktails featured large square ice cubes with our initials on them. Such a fun touch! Red Door was professional, kind, creative, and thoughtful. They went out of their way to ensure our wedding was a success. We worked primarily with Reign and Aldane, but the whole team was stellar. The Japanese Wagyu, which is Kobe beef, and American Wagyu, which is usually Angus and other Japanese cattle breeds. . Japanese Wagyu is rare, as it is expensive and you have to have a special certificate to sell it, so I'm pretty sure this was American Wagyu. The bowl was amazing! The lettuce and the veggies were crisp and delicious, the pears gave it a nice little pop of sweetness, the rice was a perfect texture, and the Wagyu. Oh my, the Wagyu. Such a wonderful deep rich flavor. It was also tender. You can pick your sauce to go with the bowl, and I chose the ginger lime sauce. It had a wonderful tangy flavor, and the ginger gave it just a little bit of a "kick." I got two meals out of each of the bowls, so four meals altogether.
