Who knew there was homemade, wholesome and nutrient dense lunch optipn right across from the BMFI and next to Sophia nails?! While it appears mostly as a retailer that specializes in high quality supplements, Arrowroot Farmacy has a fantastic cafe! FANTASTIC! For those with dietary restrictions, this is the place. Everything is sourced responsibly, is vegan, gluten free and organic. The remedy teas, smoothies, granola, pastries, soup, sandwiches and salads are designed by Debbi and Rabia, the providers who offer clinical and integrative nutrition and herbalist consultations (wow). Staff is extremely helpful with both supplements and the cafe menu. Arrowroot is my go to for a meet up with a friend, a quick and filling/healthy/delicious meal, or a caffeinated pick me up. Strongly recommend the daily soup (they're ALL good but I love astragalus vegetable), the Lion's Mane Lentil Loaf, and hot Matcha Blend. You can't go wrong. Dale always gives great recommendations. The menu changes weekly and the grab and go muffins and cookies pair well with the beverages. You can also order food to go. It's a rarity to find a store that sells supplements with a staff that is so informed to keep you safe. Add this to your rotation. Your body will thank you.

With consumers reading labels and opting for better nutrition, what's not to like?! First time there we bought two sides. Their whole grain salad -- I think it was bulgar -- was delicious. Farfalle (bow tie) was too al dente, but other than under-cooked pasta salad, really tasty. And the veggie burger that I had -- yum! Today I went for what they call a "Greek Goddess" wrap. It was nicely stuffed with hummus, spinach (which I thought was kale) carrots, cukes and other veggies. It didn't taste Greek to me, and despite garlic I thought it a bit bland. She offers concierge infusion services by someone with 20+ years of nursing experience. Three days ago, I was in urgent care where they blew my iv line causing me pain and distress. When they switched to the other arm, I was leaking saline and it once again had to be reinserted. It was a bad experience. The next day I was still quite ill and called Julie owner of VitaminInfuse. She came to my house and put an IV in effortlessly and painlessly. I was extremely dehydrated. In about an hour she was done and I went back to bed. In lieu of having to go to the ER or urgent care and wait 3 hours, this was a great alternative and handled by a true professional. Healthcare continues to move toward treatment in the home. VITAMININFUSE is personalized, convenient, essential IV therapy done in the privacy and comfort of your home. Next time, I will keep my pjs on, avoid the schlep to urgent care, and call Julie the healer. After three days of being very ill, I am back on the mend.
