Bobby, the technician, arrived early. He was incredibly straightforward, honest, and thorough when diagnosing our plumbing issue. A huge plus when researching companies is that there were no upsells or other unnecessary jargon. The replacement price was fair and they offered a first-time customer discount, which was nice. In terms of the payment, they also accept Zelle, so it made the whole transaction seamless (A copy of the receipt and job from the company themselves will be sent via email). If you're looking for an honest, punctual, and highly skilled plumber, look no further. We will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs! HIGHLY recommend.

Jetters N Drains were the only guys willing to give me a straight forward price quote through Yelp for this simple service after looking at a few pictures I sent. Everyone else was trying to upsell me with "snaking first", "We'll come out for free consultation", etc. Camera evaluation after jetting was included too (some competitors try charging extra as well), and the price was unbeatable, even lower compared to what I paid other companies for the same service in the past. The job was done efficiently and the site left spotless. Good to know I won't have to shop around again next time I need jetting - I'll just call Jetters N Drains again

I really appreciated that their price didn't change after an in-person visit to our house, which happened with ALL of the other companies. They used a trenchless Perma-Liner system to reline our pipe, so they didn't have to tear up our yard. It basically creates a new pipe inside the old one which is pretty cool and is supposed to last forever. They even carefully dug up a hedge and replaced it when they were finished and it looks like it's going to survive. They also installed a new cleanout and fixed a pipe offset that was causing problems. All of this only took about a half day and everything seems to be working perfectly. The crew was friendly, showed up on time, and were easy to work with the whole way through. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I called Done-Rite and David, the owner, said he just let his crew go home for the weekend. I was panicked because we were entertaining 12 family members for lunch the next day and we had no guest bathroom. Just as I was saying goodbye he got a message from one of his team, Mario, that was finishing up a job in my neighborhood. David sent him over to my house 30 minutes later. Mario was awesome! He assessed the problem and removed the valve in no time. His work was clean, professional, and perfect. I was even surprised at how inexpensive the job was. Mario not only replaced the faulty water supply but changed out my toilet valve and float as they were faulty and leaky. We have used Done-Rite Plumbing several times and have never had any problems. Their work is top-notch and their technicians are experienced and friendly. Done-Rite is always our first call for plumbing related needs.

My dishwasher wasn't getting water--a dishwasher appliance guy and two water softener installers told me I had major issues under my kitchen sink and likely needed valves replaced and angle stops put in. Then I asked him to look at a slow bathtub leak I've had for years that other plumbers didn't want to touch. He changed out the valve stems one at a time to make sure we weren't replacing anything that wasn't broken and, voila, problem fixed. This guy is timely, efficient, skilled, and honest. He explained that hydro-jetting could potentially cause bigger problems with the pipe. He showed me the camera footage and clearly explained what he was seeing, noting that the line would need to be replaced sooner rather than later. He also did not charge me for the diagnostic visit.
