They are pretty quick and the wait is never long unless they are really busy, but still fast compared to other food trucks. The Food: I love all of the unique meatball flavors and sides that Ball or Nothing has. The BBQ meatball usually has a kick but pairs well with the mac and cheese. I also recommend the brussels sprouts which has nuts and is on the sweeter side. I have tried the classic meatball and the polenta which are also pretty solid. A lot of my friends like their salad, which has seasonal flavors. Overall, Ball or Nothing is definitely my go-to food truck and I hope they bring back a brick and mortar location!

Since I ALWAYS check to see what my fellow Yelpers recommend, I already knew what I wanted and that was 1 of each of their veggie/vegan, Classic, and BBQ chicken meatballs with sides of roasted cauliflower and mac and cheese. Out of the three meatballs, my absolute favs were the veggie/vegan and the bbq chicken. The vegan/veggie meatball was indeed a little soft texture wise; however, the taste blew my mind. The seasonings and veggies throughout made me do a double take. The BBQ chicken was again seasoned really well and the sweet BBQ sauce was a nice touch! Onto the sides -- the roasted cauliflower was the bomb.com! I never thought of myself as a cauliflower lover, but after trying this I def would get it again! Again, the cauliflower was very well seasond and roasted just right - not too crunchy and not mushy, mushy, but kinda soft how I prefer my veggies. The mac and cheese was ok, nothing stood out to me about it. In my opinion, it could've used some pepper (I didn't have any at my desk smh); however, the cheese was plentiful and gooey! I did love the thick noodles that were used vs traditional elbow noodles. All in all, I def will be on the look out for Ball or Nothing in my area and will most def will get the veggie/vegan and BBQ chicken meatballs with cauliflower. Seeing that they have other sides, I cannot wait to try those as well.

When I first arrived no one was there but a nearby patron informed me that he usually goes to the bathroom before the rush since they get so busy. I figured the food had to be good so I waited. Claude (the owner, cook, cashier) returned and I asked for his suggestions. He recommend the fish sandwich along with the salmon BLT. I got both as my wife was with me along with the old bag wings, and old bay fries as a side. I got the back and cheese side for my wife. About 15 minutes go by and I receive the text that my food was ready. By this time, the line started to form. The food was GREAT!! The fish sandwich is extremely large and does not fit on the bun but the fish is cooked to perfection. The sauce in the middle under the bun is great. I wish I asked for some for the rest of my fish as it was delicious. The old bay wings were perfectly golden with a hint of old bay. Nice tender warm center. Great crunch on the outside. A little more old bay and these would have been perfect. You get 8 wings. The old bay fries were a good portion with old bay sprinkled throughout. My wife's salmon BLT was huge. Biggest piece of salmon on a sandwich I had ever seen. The food here is GREAT!!! Hands down I'll be back. Great customer service. The prices are very much online and reasonable for the portion size. I only ordered the meatball sub because it was one of the ONLY menu items that listed the ingredients. I wanted to order a soda as well and my options were "one bottle" or "one can." One can of what? Ordered the cheesesteaks (chicken and steak) and they did not disappoint. The bread was chewy as a cheesesteak should be and the meat and chicken was seasoned exceptionally well, and very very juicy. They were accompanied with an array of sautéed onions, green peppers and mushrooms. The value was great as well for $10 that brings chips and a drink from the ice barrel parked in front. The only downfall (if you dare call it that) was the location as its tucked away in the Pacci's Restaurant parking lot and you can easily miss it as you're making the turn around the bend, but that's no big deal. All in all, great value, great food, great service. Highly recommended. Next time, I'll definitely take the cannoli.
