The staff talks over you, talks down to you, and treats you like you're an inconvenience instead of a patient. Every call is attitude and zero help. I found out I'd been driving 15+ miles round-trip to appointments when they have another office less than a mile from my home -- and no one bothered to tell me. When I called to switch because I had no transport, the first woman was rude as usual and kept saying, "I don't know, not my department." No effort to help. Then they blind-transferred me to the comp coordinator who acted like we were friends in a bar, not a professional handling my case. Their delays were so bad that my knee injury literally healed incorrectly while waiting weeks for an MRI and then weeks more just to get results scheduled. Four to six weeks for everything. Constant rudeness the whole time. Workers comp or not, I'm still a patient. This office forgets that completely. Avoid this place unless you want stress, delays, and disrespect.

In both cases, Matt got my son competition-ready sooner than expected. After a thorough analysis of my son's gait, he has suggested a series of exercises that deal not only with the short-term pain and also address mechanics for long-term injury prevention. In addition, Matt has gone out of his way to respond to any/all questions via email, always offering thoughtful advice in between appointments that give us all peace of mind.
