The staff talks over you, talks down to you, and treats you like you're an inconvenience instead of a patient. Every call is attitude and zero help. I found out I'd been driving 15+ miles round-trip to appointments when they have another office less than a mile from my home -- and no one bothered to tell me. When I called to switch because I had no transport, the first woman was rude as usual and kept saying, "I don't know, not my department." No effort to help. Then they blind-transferred me to the comp coordinator who acted like we were friends in a bar, not a professional handling my case. Their delays were so bad that my knee injury literally healed incorrectly while waiting weeks for an MRI and then weeks more just to get results scheduled. Four to six weeks for everything. Constant rudeness the whole time. Workers comp or not, I'm still a patient. This office forgets that completely. Avoid this place unless you want stress, delays, and disrespect.

We had no idea of what to expect or how our son would adjust to his new therapy. The moment we walked in the door, two warm and reassuring faces welcomed us from the reception desk with beaming smiles, letting us know that everything was going to be okay. I assumed that this was typical protocol for first time visitors--akin to the welcoming committee at death row--and that the grim reality of weekly occupational therapy would quickly set in. My assumption was soon proven wrong after his initial observations with Brittany, a compassionate, smiley therapist who greets our son by name and, after only a few weeks of therapy, knows his strengths, weaknesses, and predilections fluently. With a waiting room fully stocked with developmentally appropriate toys and books and a whole slew of awesome therapy equipment inside, our son can't wait for Tuesdays at OTAP. The only challenge I would mention is access to the office. After navigating rush hour traffic on 206 north of Princeton, the Wall Street office park can be a little confusing, but it's totally worth the effort. Give it a shot. You won't regret it.
